1 year and a half ago...

"Find anything?" Scott spoke when Stiles and Liam came from their little 'search'.

Stiles looked at the eyes of his best friend, surprised. Not because he followed him but because he still believed in that guy. "Nope." He walked towards his Jeep.

"I fell in a hole." Liam tried to soften the mood. He didn't like to smell all that tension. Nor see them stressed.

"It was the bridge where his sister died, wasn't it?" Scott ignored Liam's comment and went right to the point.

"Yes, it was. Very embarrassing." Stiles said as he sat down in the driver's seat. Ready to drive the Hell away. "So we are gonna leave now." He tried to turn on the car to just get nothing as an answer.

"Son of a-." He muttered. He really didn't need this. He had enough as it was. Everything was going back to the same routine they used to have at the Alpha Pack. Stiles shook his head before those memories would drown him."Liam, just do me a favor, get in the car and turn the ignition when I say." He ordered as he got out of his shitty car.

He opened the hood of the Jeep. Didn't waste any time, the longer he stayed with Scott, the worse it was gonna be. However, Scott saw as an opportunity to talk.

"Stiles." He began.

"Be with you in a sec." Stiles cut him off, trying his best to work with that piece of crap he called his loved Jeep. "Try it." He looked at Liam.

Liam did as he was told, he turned the keys but still nothing. Stiles shook his head, containing a howl of frustration. He truly didn't need this. Not that day, not forever.

"Stiles."

"Yes. Okay, we followed him out here." He snapped, looked directly at the eyes of his best friend. Those gentle eyes were more naive than nothing. And Stiles hated it. Gosh, he hated Scott's kindness because he couldn't do the same. "What do you want me to say? That I'm a stalker, huh? That I'm crazy, totally paranoid? None of this is new information."

Scott knew he talked about his time in the Alpha Pack. In some way, Stiles's time in that pack was his PTSD. Scott didn't fully know what was going on those days, he was focusing in Allison. But he now wished he didn't. Stiles knew Scott was gonna be hurt by the cynical remark. But it was true. He was the stalker, the crazy paranoid that would not let people get close to him. Not like Kali or Ennis did.

"Now you're gonna try to at least give him the benefit of the doubt?" Scott believed. He believed in people. Even if those people wouldn't give him the benefit of the doubt. He thought that made him human. It was his anchor. It was the only way he didn't turn like his father.

"I give people the benefit of the doubt. I've given a lot of benefit to a lot of people." Stiles said as he worked on his Jeep. He tried to shook the memories away, to stop the drowning before it began but he couldn't. His memories were his prison. And Scott would never understand.

"Like Andrew?"

Stiles almost punched Scott. That was low even for the wolf. Even for the fox.

"Kira? Liam?" Scott continued listing.

"I was right about Coby." He remembered bitterly. He continued working in the Jeep, maybe used more strength than needed but he didn't care. "Try it again."

Liam tried again but the Jeep didn't budge and it wasn't a very hard to know Stiles was about to blow.

Stiles really contained that howl of frustration, regret and anger. His hands were shaking and he could feel the fangs start to grow. He needed to contain himself but before he could even think of a plan, the words just came flowing.
