Stranger

Y/N's POV.

Confused and shocked wasn't enough to describe how you was feeling when you woke up for god knows how many hours later. But still here we are. 

Your eyes fluttered open, and at first sight you thought that you was met with some kind of heaven. Because a almost dreamlike lightning was surrounding you where you was laying on the...ground? Hold up a second, was that grass that you were feeling underneath your hand? 

Bolting up from your position, you was standing on your feet in the next second. Green and more green, that basically summed up everything that you was seeing at that moment. Some kind of enormous trees with huge leaves, was spreading out around you. Their thick stem was bigger than any tree that you had ever seen. And as you looked down, the ground was covered in ankle high green grass, along with some mystical plants of different kinds. In fact, it appeared to be some kind of huge forest or something that you somehow had ended up in. 

"What the heck..." you mumbled to yourself, letting your eyes properly take in the scenery. 

This was nothing like the setting that you was used to, but you had to admit that this definitely beated the boring grey city that you had been growing up in. 

"Arghh" 

A soft groan was heard from right below your feet. Flinching by the sudden sound, you looked down and to your surprise and relief noticed Jungkook. He was laying flat on his stomach, arms and legs being widely spread open. Reminding you of a starfish. 

"Jungkook, Jungkook oh my god are you okay?" you had instantly dived back down to the ground, and was gently shaking the still half conscious man in front of you. 

His face turned into some kind of grimace, as he squinted his eyes to the bright light. Then they opened, his big brown deer eyes meeting yours, raising his head a bit. At first he looked mostly confused and quite terrified, his eyes going from you to the trees around you. Scanning everything like it was too much for him to handle at that moment, and in fact it appeared to be too much to take in a the same time. Because he fainted once again, his head falling back on the ground. 

"That gas sure hit him hard, didn't it?" you thought out loud to yourself, as you threw another glance down at the man that you somehow had become friends with. 

However, even though Jungkook didn't seem too keen on exploring the place, or well at least not in his current state. You decided to take a look around to see if you could get some kind of hint on where you was, promising yourself not to go too far since you didn't want to leave Jungkook completely alone. 

Curiosity had always been one of your strongest traits, also the reason to why you had been so excited to take part in studying ancient language and such. And in this case, it was something about this place that made you want to explore every single corner of it. Perhaps it was because it was such a big difference to what you was used to see. Being able to be close to nature like this, had never been a possibility in the city. There it was all about skyscrapers, and cold grey concrete. Nothing like this.

Letting your feet take full control, you ended up climbing over some enormous tree roots, to jumping on some rocks. You were so engulfed in watching everything around you, that you didn't notice the two eyes that was silently watching you from afar. For every move you made, they followed you.

After some minutes of walking, the trees suddenly became less and less until you could see a open area only a bit further ahead. Hurrying over to it, you was almost close to end your own life by mistake. Because that small open area turned out to be the edge of what first looked like a deep cliff, but as you managed to literally put your heels in the ground just in time. You soon realised that it wasn't a cliff at all. Below you was...clouds? No sign for any kind of ground or even sea, just clouds. That was when you for the first time since you had woken up in this weird place, looked up to the sky and actually took a proper look at it. Blue sky and fluffy pillow like clouds for as long as the eye could see, was surrounding you.

Wait... 

No this couldn't be...

"Omg!" you let out a loud squeak and immediately covered your mouth and began jumping up and down of excitement. 

This place, there could only be one explanation to what this was...and that was Celestis, one of the Air Islands. This was what you had been dreaming of in your whole life, and now you somehow had ended up here by mistake. You simply couldn't believe it. 

A sudden sound that reminded you of a twitch breaking, was heard from somewhere. It snapped you out of your daze and caught your attention, all of your senses ringing at once. Quickly walking away from the edge and back into the forest, you looked around to find the source of the sound, but saw nothing that could be the cause of it.

"Hello?" you said rather nervously, since you had absolutely no idea of what kind of creatures this place could be the home to.

At first you heard nor saw anything, but soon afterwards you spotted something moving in a bush not too far away from you.

"Come out whoever you are, I won't hurt you." you said as you silently prayed that whatever was hiding in that bush, wouldn't hurt you.

What happened next almost made you fall backwards in surprise. Out of the bush stepped a man with quite long silver brownish hair covering parts of his face, under the long fringe peeked two brown eyes out looking curiously at you. Two light blue stripes was decorating his cheeks, it looked like some kind of war paint. The man wasn't wearing much either, only some kind of loincloth. His bare golden like skin glimmered ethereally in the few sunbeams that had manage to break through the thick roof of the forest. He was a stunning sight that you couldn't deny, but still you covered your eyes at the sight of the half naked strange man in front of you.

As the man began walking closer towards you, you in the same time started to walk backwards. But since you wasn't really thinking at the moment, you tripped and fell on your butt. Clumsy y/n.

"No stay there, don't come any closer please." you said now a bit afraid of the stranger in front of you.

Because who hadn't been scared of a complete stranger who had war paint on his face and was only wearing a piece of fabric to cover up their lower part?

The man didn't stop, it was almost like he didn't understand a word that you were saying. Because he was jut looking a bit confused at you, but with curiosity visible in his eyes. When he was standing right in front of you, he looked down at you and then bent down so that he was having one knee in the ground while his other foot was on the ground. You made sure not to look at his lower part in that moment, since you were scared of seeing something by mistake. But meeting his gaze was something that you rather not did either. Still his face came closer to yours until it was only a small space between the two of you. Then he said in a deep husky voice that you could even feel his hot breath fanning your face, in a odd accent that you didn't recognize at all while putting a hand on his chest.

"Taehyung."
