Everlife
The day when my spirit broke,
I remembered the harsh words they spoke.
I could barely even feel,
The wound they said would never heal.
From within the sincerity of struggle,
All I could ever find was trouble.
Heavy was my heart as stone,
With pessimistic thoughts and nothing else to own.
But one day I stood tall,
I had reached the place from where I couldn't fall.
I laughed at those who had degraded me.
Well, who could blame me?
