The Living Dead
I thought there'd be something
After death.
I thought it would be
More than this.
But here I am, the same old
Me, a little less skin and blood
And hair and other unnecessary
Parts, still doing the
Washing up, still cleaning and
watching the
Living dead wish that
Maybe something more
Would change.
