Newspaper Man
Soldiers on the field
Drafted into battle;
People standing in a queue,
Fines and debts to settle
Kid pushed into the corner
Lost the light from their eyes;
Preachers and the news,
Blurring truth and the lies
Typing tomorrow's news
Trying to keep my sanity
Need my beer and coffee
Well who could blame me?
