It was past 9 pm already.
And we were still were working.

Just after we came back from the meeting, we were assigned to reschedule these broadcast timings.
So, me and Druv were in his office, summing up those stuffs, while Avni was sitting beside us, working with Ryan's new schedules. And for Ryan..... I don't really know, but I think he was also caught up with his filming.

We didn't spoke with each other after coming back from our sponsors. He headed straight towards his set, and I came here.

I don't think he likes the idea of me working with Bincy. He was acting all weird earlier also. But he needs to understand that this all is my job and I get paid for it only. Bincy is our sponsor for his show and I'm a Assistant Manager of FCC, so I have to attend all those meetings with him. I practically have no other choice!
And he needs to keep it professional!

Suddenly, there was knock on door.

Druv answered it, asking the person to come in.
I didn't really bothered to look up, I was too engrossed in my work, until Druv called the person's name who had made his way inside.
"What happened Ryan?" he asked in his usual, friendly tone.

I looked up only to witness Ryan's piercing gaze on me. He turned to Druv again, "Aren't you guys done yet?"

"Almost. I think we will leave soon too." Druv sighed.

"Let me drop you home, Sneha." Ryan suddenly said, looking at me.

But before I could say anything, Druv responded, "Yeah, Sneha, you should leave. We'll finish the rest of work tomorrow morning, there isn't much left anyway." He smiled at me and I stared at him for a moment. Why is he doing this?

I turned back to Ryan, "Thanks, but you really don't need to. I'll go by cab-"

"I'll wait outside in my car, so be fast." He cutted me off mid-sentenced and moved out of the room. When will he learn to listen to me?

As he closed the door behind him, Avni exclaimed, "Wow! That was intense."

Druv laughed, joining Avni. "I know, right? Its suddenly hot in here because of these two." Druv fanned himself with his hands, "Just their stares heated up the air. Even the AC can't cool it down now!"

Avni laughed, holding her stomach, while Druv mockingly smiled at me. What is it they're finding so funny? I rolled my eyes and packed my stuffs to move out.
"Good night, guys. See you tomorrow." I want to be out of this conversation as soon as possible.

"Be safe and enjoy!" I heard Avni shouting out to me, before closing the door.

'Safe'? She is certainly not referring to the drive. I know what she means.
God bless these dirty minds!
