2. Payback Time

I dragged my feet outside towards the set, only to witness Ryan's evil smile pasted on his stupid, handsome face!
He was in front of those cameras and still had the guts to give me that look. And more importantly..... Why isn't anyone noticing this?

I rolled my eyes and focused on the papers in my hands. They were some schedules that needed to be reorganized.

Soon the big lights flashed and they started shooting. And right in front of my eyes, I saw Ryan changing from This jerk to a Professional Gentleman, within seconds!

Wow boy, the duality you got is amazing!! I mean, you aren't bipolar or something, right??

"Miss Assistant manager?" someone called me from behind. I collected myself from the shock earlier and turned around to face the owner of that voice.
I just hope he didn't saw me standing there with my jaws open as I was looking at our Senior News Host!

"Yes?" I asked, sounding as casual as I could.

"News Director called you in the office" he informed and went ahead to do his stuffs.

Oh.
I grabbed my papers and went straight towards his office.
I knocked the door before entering into the cabin.
He gestured me to sit down on one of those chairs in front of him and I did as I'm being told.

"Yes, sir?" I finally said.

"Did you finished organizing the team schedule?" he crocked up his eyebrow, questioning me.

Finished? I haven't even started!

"No sir, not yet." I meeked.

"Then complete it now only and show me as soon as possible." he ordered.

"Okay sir." and I took the cue to leave his office and marched towards my cabin.

I have so much work to do, and this is only the first day of my job!

After few hours of managing schedules of our employees, I finally spotted Ryan's schedule. Wow, He got his schedule all packed! Is this the reason why he couldn't give our relationship more of his time?
Okay, I need to stop thinking these things, its already enough.

But look at this boy messing around with me back at his green room! Does he think that he can get away with that?!
Boy, its payback time!
Let me reschedule your routine.

I smirked to myself.
Let's see if you even get time to breathe!!

I finally finished all my paperwork and submitted them to our News Director.

"Okay, all seems good. But you stuffed more hours to Ryan's schedule, How is that gonna work?" News Director questioned me. Is he suspicious about my wicked intentions?

I pulled out the 'I'm Innocent' act "Why? Can't he work for long hours?"

"No, no. That's not what I meant. Actually he don't have his personal manager right now. And you scheduled him with the trainees. Who's gonna manage the job there?" He thought for a while. Shall I ask him to let it be? Isn't he too smart anyway, he doesn't even need any manager with him for help!?

"Between what are you doing at that time?" he asked. And I immediately knew where it was going.

"Sir, Actually I-"

He cut me off mid-sentence "Okay then, You will be with him at that time."

Oh no! I should have seen this coming!

Aren't I the most idiotic person in the world right now?!!
I, myself had asked for this thing to happen!?!!
