It was quiet in the Matthews household as the three teenagers lazed around the house, bored out of their minds. And it was only nine in the morning. They laid on the couches, whining about how bored they actually were. That was before Bailey sat up with a shit eating grin on her lips, looking toward the remaining part of her trio.

'Who wants to go on a road trip?' She asked.

'To where?' Drew queried.

'Anywhere. It'll be one of our infamous trips.'

Jeff sat up with a grin then, nodding his head as Drew did.

'Ok. Let's go,' He stated.

The three of them jumped up from the lounge, Drew heading to tell their parents as the remaining pair moved to back a bag for each of them. Bailey threw anything from swimmers to sneakers into her small bag, moving to grab her toothbrush and other essentials from the bathroom. She met Jeff in the lounge room once more, smiling up at him as Drew and her parents walked into the room.

'Here's five hundred,' Taylor pulled the cash out of his pocket.

Drew took it with a muttered thankyou, knowing he shouldn't question where his parents got such money. Everyone knew better then to query about the jobs the Matthews adults held, but all they did know was it consisted of a lot of business trips.

'Where will you be?' Maria asked.

'Don't know,' Bailey shrugged as she started for the door; 'Wherever we end up, I guess.'

'Well, ring us to let us know when you get there.'

The girl waved over her shoulder at her parents as she jogged down the driveway, Jeff waiting for them in car. She threw her bag in the boot, before rounding to get in the back seat; Drew already calling shotgun.

'See you tomorrow,' She waved.

'Bye, baby,' Maria called; 'Stay safe.'

'No drugs,' Taylor added.

'Yeh. Yeh. Bye,' Bailey chuckled.

She slipped into the car, sliding over to sit in the middle seat. The music was turned up till the doors vibrated and they took off up the street, singing along at the top of their lungs.

'Alright, how long do you think we'll make it?' Drew asked as he pulled out his phone.

'Three hours,' Bailey called.
