Chapter 1: expelled

"Slutia!" Clara yelled walking towards her Cordelia just rolled her eyes and kept on walking to her dorm when her arm was pulled she turned around to face Clara Smith

"What do you want?" Cordelia asked

"You see I've heard things about you and I'd like if you would clear it up for me" Clara said with a smirk

"Okay What is it?" I asked feeling the anxiety form in the pit of my stomach

"Well someone said they saw you snogging crystal tonkins boyfriend on school grounds" she said twirling her hair around her finger

"She has a boyfriend?" I said more to myself then to Clara but she heard it

"So it's not true" she said in a fake shocked expression "Well that sucks I was looking forward to a fight" she rolled her eyes

"Good night Clara" I said walking away but she followed me

"I seriously can't believe your acting like nothing happened you bitch" she said and pulled my hair

"Oww! Bloody hell clara!" I yelled slapping her arm

"Cordelia why did you kiss James!" She said in a whisper

"What?!" I asked in confusion

"You kissed him that's what Rebecca said she saw you too!" Now she started crying oh no  "I can't believe you'd do that to me your such a slut like everyone says" she said

"Clara I never kissed James why would I do that how would I do that he Dosnt even go here" I said gesturing around us

"You're a liar!" She yelled then slapped me I was in shock but I felt the anger rise so I slapped her back twice as hurt I left a hand print how hard I slapped her

"Clara you know that's a lie you're just looking for trouble mind you I'm already in 2 months of detention!" I whisper yelled
She pushed me I fell to the floor in shock was this Bitch seriously that desperate for a fight

"I will hex you smith!" I said sternly

"Hah I doubt that" she laughed walking towards me I got up and grabbed my wand pointing it to her neck

"Try me!" I pushed

"You ugly whore!" She said using a wand less spell I was pushed to the floor once more from her spell now I was angry

"Petrificus totalus" I shouted Clara was laying the the floor paralyzed she couldn't move so I kicked her I was satisfied with this duel I was about to turn around when I heard a voice

"What exactly do you think you're doing ms black" a Calm voice said I jumped and to see the headmistress glaring at me

"Uh-"

"Do you know how much trouble you're in ms black to my office the both of you" She said shaking her head and removing the jink off of Clara we both followed her to her office

"Seat yourselves"
She spoke
"I would like to know why the both of you was outside of your dorms at this hour dueling?" She said narrowing her eyes at the both of us

"Clara started it profes-"

"I don't want to hear who started it first ms black" she shot back

"I was on my way to my dorm then I saw Cordelia arguing with a student  I decided to ask her what was she doing out of bed when she called me horrible names and hexed me" Clara said sniffing and wiping a tear I rolled my eyes

"Is that true ms black?" The headmistress gave me a suspicious look

I shook my head
"Of course not professor I actually was on my way to bed when Clara decided to lie about me saying i snogged her boyfriend how ridiculous is that then she hexed me so I hexed her back" I said simply
The professor only nodded starring at me for a while before she spoke again

"Well ms black you do know you are in a lot of trouble already you've missed half of your classes you keep having fights on school grounds I can't let you slip another time" she said

"What are you suggesting" I asked

"I'm going to have to expell you ms black I'm sorry I will owl your parents" she said standing from her chair

"Expell me?" I asked in disbelief

"That's barbaric you can't expell me for defending myself professor!" I said giving a death glare to Clara who was smirking

"Oh I will" the professor spoke
"You caused to much trouble here ms black I have no choice then to expell you from beauxbatons Academy of magic" she said waving her hand dismissively

I stormed out of her office towards my dorm this was ridiculous how can she expell me for such a stupid reason I was so frustrated I wanted to scream I ran up to my dorm shoving my face into my pillow screaming

"Cordelia elladora black!" My mother yelled "how did you manage to get expelled" she was so angry the glass cup in her hand shattered

"Mother it isn't my fault the headmistress is a oaf" I said rolling my eyes

"What are you supposed to do now" she asked in disbelief shaking her head
"I can't believe you Cordelia I thought you was doing great in school"

"Mother im sorry I defended myself from a lunatic" I said throwing my hands up

"Now what will i do with you" She said pouring herself another fire whiskey

I kept quiet because I knew she would hex me herself

"It isn't a big deal we will transfer her to another school" my father said

"Not a big deal?" My mother said rolling her eyes at him "What school?" She asked him

"Hogwarts?" My father said

"Oh please that poor excuse of a school" My other waved her hand dismissively

"It's not that bad Genevieve" my father said
"It's a good school"

"Sure" She said rolling her eyes

"So next month I will be at hogwarts?" I asked

"Yes"

"Is there anything that I need to know about it?" I asked

"There's four houses Slytherin gryffindor ravenclaw hufflepuff"
"You will most likely be a Slytherin since I was one and the rest of the family was" he said I nodded my head
Well this was going to be something hopefully it isn't as bad as beauxbatons
I walked up to my room as soon as I hit my pillow I was out like a light
