Logan

I had been locked in my house the past couple of days, trying to shake myself out of my funk, but the heartbreak of Damon actually saying to my face that I deserved to die drained of blood and then nearly killing me, seemed to always be at the forefront of my mind.

I had heard from Elena that Stefan and Damon were planning on leaving town, so I hoped that this depression would leave once he did.

I had received a lot of calls from Elena, Bonnie, Caroline and Matt, but I refused to answer or listen to their voice messages.

It had gotten dark again and I heard a knock on my door. I huffed, getting up to answer it, "Whoever it is! I'm not in the mood!"

I opened the door and froze as Uncle Logan smirked, "Not even in the mood for your beloved uncle?"

"Uncle Logan?"

"Hey, Tabby Cat, mind letting me in?"

I took a step further back in the house, "I'm sorry, Uncle Logan, I can't."

"Why not?"

"I found your letter and the Sheriff told me you were dead, but I wasn't allowed to bury your body."

He scoffed, "Incredible, so you know what I am then?"

I nodded, "You're a vampire and this house belongs to me now. I can't let you in Uncle Logan, I'm sorry."

"Now Tabitha, be reasonable. You can trust me."

I shook my head, "I'm sorry, I can't."

I slammed the door shut and locked it only to hear, Logan on the other side pounding on the door and shouting, "Tabitha! Let me in! I swear that if you don't let me in, you're gonna regret it!"

I covered my ears and started crying, "Please stop. Make it stop."

I ran over to my phone and called the police station, "911, what is your emergency?"

"I need to speak to Sheriff Forbes. Now!"

"Ma'am, you do realize this number is for emergencies."

"This is an emergency! Put me through to Sheriff Forbes and tell her it's about Logan Fell."

"You're drunk, ma'am, and I'm hanging up."

"No, wait!" The line went dead and I screamed, "Dammit!"

I stopped hearing the banging stop. I snuck back over to the door only for a rock to come crashing through the front window. I screamed as I ran into the living room only for another window to shatter next to me and glass cut my left side. I ran into the kitchen and dove into the walk-in pantry. The only room in the house, besides the basement, that had no windows. I then called Stefan, only to go to voicemail, "Stefan, I know you're leaving, but I need your help. Logan's a vampire and he's attacking me. I'm inside where he can't get me, but I'm scared. Please, save me."

After hanging up I called Damon, also receiving voicemail, "Look, dickhead, I may hate you, but right now I need your help. My uncle, Logan, is back alive as a vampire and trying to break in. I'm willing to forgive you if you come and save me. Please!"

I was just about to call Mrs. Lockwood, but my phone died and I cursed, "Shit!" I hunkered down as I listened to the banging and crashing continue just outside the pantry door. I curled up in a ball and cried, "He can't get in. You're safe. Someone will come. Just wait it out. You're gonna be okay. God, someone get here soon."

I kept muttering phrases until I collapsed from exhaustion, or blood-loss from the cuts in my side.
