Yuta sighed standing at the door. He had been contemplating on walking in for a good ten minutes already. Hyelin was already out of work, or so he thought.

"Babe? What are you doing?" Hyelin asked coming from behind, with groceries and her uniform in hand.

He turned around, "Hye I thought you were home already."

"Overtime, I need to save up since the holidays are coming up," She smiled, "Go on in."

Hesitantly, he tapped the code in, he took the groceries from her and went inside. She shut the door behind her as Yuta set the groceries on the table.

"Hye," He said quietly.

"Yes?" She asked putting her uniform on the counter.

"You know I love you right?" He asked coming towards her.

She nodded smiling, "I'm well aware. You tell me everyday."

He immediately hugged her tightly, Hyelin was a bit confused. This wasn't their usual hugs this one felt different.

"I'm sorry," He said quietly.

"For what?" She asked confused.

They let go and looked at one another.

"Remember the auditions?" He asked her.

She nodded, a bit scared at this point. This was sounding too familiar. She didn't like where it was going.

"I got in, I got in to an Entertainment but I don't know if I wanna go through with it," He said honestly.

"You got in?! That's great!" She smiled at him, "But why the doubt?"

"Because I love you," He said bluntly.

Now Hyelin was even more confused. He wasn't making any sense.

"Babe you're not making any sense to me," She said holding his hands, "Tell me what's wrong."

"The requirements for the company. I-I can't have a significant other," He stated sadly.

"Ah I see," Hyelin said quietly, "I get it. So we'd have to break up."

"But I don't want to, I love you," He complained, "These rules are stupid."

She put her hands on his shoulders to calm him down.

"Relax Yuta. Let's think this through. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. This is your future, your career, Hell it might be your life. Do you really wanna give that up?" She asked seriously.

He looked at her in confusion, "Well no but you're part of my life too."

This was hard for Hyelin, she wanted to convince him that this opportunity is more important than them being together but she didn't wanna believe it herself.

"I know and you're obviously a big part of my life but you have to think about your future," She pressed further.

"Hye why are you doing this? Do you not love me? I thought you'd fight for us!" He snapped.

"I'm doing this because I love you!" She responded, "because we don't know what the future will hold for us a couple!"

They stopped realizing that the neighbors would probably hear their yelling if they continued. This was a tough situation for both of them.

She pulled him in for a hug, "I don't want to stop you. This is your dream babe. This is what you've been working for. You've worked so hard, I don't wanna see you throw it all away for me."

"I don't know what I want to do," He said honestly, "I'm a mess."

"No you're not, this isn't any easy decision. When do you have to give an answer?" She asked letting go.

"Monday."

"Well, then sign those papers and let's make these last few days the very best," She smiled up at him.

"Hye-"

She cut him off, "Don't think about it too much babe. Let's just go with the flow okay?"

"I love you."

"I love you too silly. Now are you hungry?"

He shook his head, "I just wanna cuddle."

"Okay, let me grab a blanket."

"I'm gonna put some anime on," He said.

"Sounds good! I've got some snacks we can share."

It was around 2 am when the two stopped watching tv and started talking again.

"Hyelin?" He asked.

"Yes?" She asked snuggling closer to him.

"Thanks," He smiled.

"For what?" She asked confused.

"For pulling my head out of my ass," He said bluntly.

She laughed at his response. That was one way to put it.

"I guess you're welcome. I just want you to know that it's hard for me too," She said quietly.

He grabbed her hand and held it, "I know it's gonna be hard to lose a face like this huh."

"You're so annoying," She sighed but laughed it off, "But you're not wrong."

"You know I wasn't gonna tell you until Sunday."

"I would literally have beat your ass if you told me on Sunday because then we'd only have a few hours."

"Noted," He chuckled.

"Now I love you and all but I also love my sleep, so I'm gonna sleep," Hyelin chuckled.

"Okay but I want a kiss," Yuta said cheekily.

"Why are you like this?" She chuckled.

"Hyeeee please," He whined.

Hyelin chuckled and gave him a peck, "Now let me sleep."

He smiled wrapping his arms around her, "Okay let's sleep."
