"I want you to attend my wedding," were the words that left Yoongi's mouth. Jimin would've thought it was a joke, had it not been for Yoongi's grim expression.
"W-why... why should I go?" Jimin stuttered out of confusion.
"Because I don't want to be alone." Yoongi whispered, lacing his fingers with Jimin's.
"You know I can't. I don't have the luxury of showing up at the party, I don't have the clothes necessary, or any social skills, for that matter. And what if someone wanted to discuss wines or some of that fancy stuff with me? I wouldn't know what to say. It could damage your reputation."
While all of this was nothing but the truth, Jimin was actually just looking for excuses that would convince Yoongi he shouldn't attend the ceremony. The fairy really didn't wanna see her again. He didn't wanna see the two getting married.
But to his dismay, Yoongi answered with "I can provide you with whatever you need to dress up nicely. And you can just hang around the court ladies, all they do is gossip and talk about jewelry, then you wouldn't have to worry about keeping up conversations. Just agree to everything they say and tell them they look pretty."
Jimin scoffs. "You are not going to be alone. Your wife will be with you, all night long, I'm afraid."
"Please?"
"No."
"For me?"
Jimin shakes his head. "I'm not going."
But then Yoongi gives Jimin a perfunctory smile, and he looks at him with his black, catlike eyes. Jimin just can't say no. Somehow, he feels pity for Yoongi. He is, after all, being forced into marriage, isn't he? So like the weakling he is, he gives in and allows Yoongi to kiss the back of hid hand. Still though, Jimin doesn't let Yoongi kiss him on the lips now, not since that day. It feels somehow wrong, yet Yoongi's lips look so desirable to him.
Every part of Yoongi is.

"This does not feel like me at all..." Jimin whispers to himself, checking out his every feature as he stands in front of a mirror. He wore a straight collar and a white waistcoat embroidered with a pattern of hyacinths and a long white linen scarf around his neck.
