I woke up and felt something trailing up and down my arm slowly. I moved around and noticed that I was under my covers, when did that happen?  I don’t remember getting under them. I felt a breath on my shoulder. My body  stiffened and my automatically went to George. How did he know where I live. Maybe I should kick him where no man should ever be kicked. 

“I did this to you didn’t I?” Zero’s voice asked from beside me.  I sighed out of relief, thank goodness it was Zero. I felt my body relax. Wait, what is he doing here I thought he left.

“Answer me, Elly,” he whispered, “I know I did this to you. I made you cry, because I yelled at you, and I’m sorry.” There was sadness in his voice. I turned around to look at his face. His face was pink, and his eyes were red and under his eyes were puffy and there was dark circles. All in all he looked like a mess.

“Have you been crying?” I asked him.

“Yes.” he said looking down.

“Why?” I asked confused.

“Because I hurt you. I didn’t mean to, I was just mad. I love you Elly, why won’t you tell me who hurt you? I want to protect you but I can‘t because I don’t know who to protect you from.” WAIT!!!!! WHAT DID HE JUST SAY!!!! PLEASE TELL ME HE DID NOT JUST SAY THAT HE LOVES ME!!!! 

But that can’t happen. Zero couldn’t love me… could he?

“Did you just say that you love me?” Zero pulled me into a hug.

“Yes, I do love you, Elly. That was another reason I was mad. I was jealous of my brother. I hated how you would talk to him and not me… and when he called you his girlfriend I almost lost it.”

“Why would you love me? I’m nothing, I’m a waste of time and space. No one even likes me. You shouldn’t waste your time on me.” Tears slowly started to make there way down my face as I spoke.

“Hey, shush, don’t talk like that. It’s my time and I’ll spend it however and on whoever I want. I know I’ve only known you for a while now but I love you, Elly. I’m in love you and your not a waste of time and space. And you are something, your one of the most beautiful girls I have ever seen.” He pulled me closer to him as he spoke.

He reached up and brushed my hair out of my face, he let his fingers linger on my face. I felt tingles shoot through my body from his touch. My stomach was fluttering like crazy as if a million butterflies were flying around inside of it. He slowly started to lean his face toward mine. At this point, my heart was doing back flips in my chest. His eyes flicked down to my lips and then back to my eyes. My breath then caught in my throat.

“Don’t move muffin, I’m going to kiss you now.” I didn’t know how to react to what he just said.  I should move, shouldn’t I? well I have to do something, I can’t let him kiss me.

“Zero?” I squeaked. Smooth Elly, that was very attractive. Zero stopped moving and looked at me questioningly.
