Prom Night Part 1

3rd person's POV

"Good evening ladies and gentlemen, hello, please turn the volume down, ok there you go thank you." as Mr. Matsunaga hosts the Prom.

"ok so this is the night that you've been waiting for." drum rolls...

Napukaw ang atensyon ng lahat at matamang nakaabang sa pinakahihintay na announcement..

"what I got here is the uhm results of our  Prom King and Queen of the year!! Who is it going to be huh, are you excited?? ." nagtilian at nagpalakpakan ang crowd.

"Ok, let's see... and the Prom King and Queen are...." napahinto si Mr. Matsunaga ng biglang umakyat sa stage sina Loisa at Sofia na ikinagulat din ng lahat.

3 hours earlier....

Sofia's POV

I have a bad feeling for today. Di ako excited sa Prom. But I choose to go because B. A. R. will be there and  I don't want to miss this "special event" with them so there.. Since I'm not looking forward for this day di ko talaga pinaghandaan ang dress ko but luckily Loisa convinced me to go with her so called "glam team" para magpagawa ng gown and it just came today. It looked nice naman simple white straight cut gown with a slight revealing on its side.

Knock knock...

"come in." I said when I saw my Dad slightly opened the door.

"look at you ah my princess. You remind me of your Mom." and he kissed my forehead.

"thanks Dad." he smiled and held my hand.

"alam ko madami akong naging pagkukulang sa yo anak and I know na marami na din akong namiss na events sa buhay mo, but I'm still your father." as he get a little bit serious.

"off course dad it's okay." saad ko with shaky voice.

"all I'm asking of you is to be one of the bridesmaid on my wedding. Please say yes baby." I don't know what to say I just nodded cause I saw how he want to marry Julia's Mom so bad.

"thank you." he hugged me so tight. I guessed there is nothing I can do about it nor break his heart if I said no.

"ok so I bet Julia is already dressed up so let's go I'll escort you both at school." he said then we both went downstairs where Julia and her Mom are waiting.

Di pa man din nagsisimula ang program ay maaga dumating ang magkasintahan na sina Elmo at Janella since may role sila sa party. Kahit hindi na si Elmo ang President ay kinailangan niyang tumulong sa pag-aayos ng Prom dahil kay Janella na siyang assistant ng bagong President na si Jerome.

Labag man sa kalooban ni Elmo ang pagtulong dito pero wala siyang magawa dahil ayaw din niyang hayaan si Janella mag-isa.

"Janella naayos na ba ang decor sa stage?" tanong ni Jerome na may pagkamahangin.

"no need to worry everthing is settled." sagot ng dalaga dito.

"good, how about the sound system?" tanong ulit ng binata ngunit di agad nakasagot si Janella.

"hmm, Elmo can you go to the backstage and checkout the sound system?" utos ni Jerome kay Elmo.

"what?" medyo nagpantig ata ang tainga ni Elmo ngunit pinigilan ni Janella ang kasintahan at baka kung ano pa ang magawa nito kay Jerome.

"ah di bali ako na lang sige na I'll take care of this." hinawakan niya ng mahigpit ang kamay ni Elmo bilang pagpapaalala na kumalma lang siya.

Naglakad palayo si Jerome sa dalawa na may nakakalokong ngiti.
