Not So Ordinary Day

Diego's POV

What a hot Sunday afternoon. I just got home from Yves house. Medyo late na kami nagising. I was thinking na walang tao sa bahay, but I was wrong..

"Oh andito na pala ang magaling mong anak." first thing I heard from Dad when I get into the kitchen.

"Diego, where have you been?" Mom says and niyakap ako.

"ahm kina Yves po ako nagstay. Late na kasi natapos yung party last night." instead of listening, my Dad went near me and then threw papers in my face.

"Hon, please stop. Hayaan mo muna magexplain ang anak mo." awat ni Mom sa Dad ko.

"oh sige now tell me what should I do to you para magtino ka? Sabihin mo ha ano pa bang dapat gawin para ayusin mo yang pag-aaral mo? " he is so mad and I don't even know why until I saw the paper on the floor, admin crashers.

"you don't have to do anything Dad, I'm a grown up man now." as I face him.

"do you think you're mature enough to fix this huh?  Without me talking to your Principal hindi ka makakagraduate!" he hissed.

I thought he will walk away na pero hindi pa pala tapos.

"your brother left that University with a very good mark. Bakit hindi mo magawa yun huh?" he cannot control his anger and almost punch my face  buti na lang dumating si kuya.

"Dad! Mom, what's going on here?" As my kuya stepped in.

"you've been disappointing me the whole time. Get lost!" my Dad pointed his index finger on me and finally turned his back as I rush into my room.

'Diego, what's up? I got a notice from Campus and inviting my Dad tomorrow to talk to the Principal about the admin crashers thing.' Sofia texted me.

'yeah same here.' I replied.

'sorry if nadamay ka.' she added.

'no it's all good. No worries.' I replied again.

I don't know what will happen tomorrow. I feel so numb. Parang wala na akong pakialam if hindi ako gagraduate. I'm such a loser eh noh? Olats na sa studies pati na din sa love life. Speaking of.. Naalala ko kagabi yung sinabi ko kay Inigo. Wala eh alam kong dehado na talaga ako so I have to let him take care of Maris. Why?? Hmm I saw something from her last night, then I felt something. it hurts but I have to accept it. I saw it from my very eyes that she likes Inigo too.

Monday Morning...

Loisa's POV

"Ma'am may tao po sa gate classmate niyo daw po. " sabi ng yaya ko.

"who is it? Papasukin mo anak." sabi naman ni Mommy.

We're done eating breakfast and I'm ready to go to school.

Paglabas ko..

"B. Bakit ka nandito? Di ba nga sabi ko sayo sa Campus na tayo magkita?" bulong ko kay Ronnie na nakaabang sa labas ng gate.

"sorry B. gusto ko lang naman na sabay tayo pumasok." nagpaawa pa ang mokong.

Beep...

"oops si Dad." I'm a bit worried na baka maalala ni Dad yung nangyari kahapon.

"Come on anak you'll be late at school." sabi ni Dad na ready na para ihatid ako.

"ahm Dad you'll go ahead na sa office."  lumapit ako sa van at kinausap siya, but a few seconds after lumabas siya ng van.

"ma--gandang umaga po Sir." binati ni Ronnie si Dad habang ako napapakamot sa ulo dahil sa kaba.

"oh anong ginagawa mo dito ha, eh ang aga aga?" Dad crossing his arms.
