Alright, so here is where there are so many wasted calories. People like to drink crap like pop and energy drinks. Let me tell you, when you go a long time without drinking them and then go back to drinking them, you will realize they don't actually taste that good. Honestly, they taste like crap, but your mind tells you they're great because you drink them so much. Drinks are where extra calories come in.

Never drink anything concentrated. If you pick up a jug of orange juice that says concentrated, put it down and walk away. It's so unhealthy.

Constantly drink water. Water holds no calories and is the best way to stay hydrated. Warm water can make you feel full longer, but cold water also will burn more calories. If you are someone who doesn't like water because it's tasteless -or whatever your reason is- get lemons and slice them up. You can also get lemon juice in bottles. They hold no calories, fats, or sugars. They are purely healthy -but plain lemons have acids in them that are bad for your teeth, so I'm not telling you to go bit into a lemon. They add a flavor to your water. If you would rather, go get flavored waters, but check that the chart on the back is all zeros -other that servings and blah- so they're healthy. The more you drink it, the better you'll be about drinking it because you're body is happy to get it. The average person is supposed to drink four glasses a day, but I personally drink a lot more.

Get some green tea. Green Tea is so good for you. If you don't like green tea, get the flavored ones such as honey or whatever. It's so healthy for your body, and is a big factor to people losing weight. You may not like tea now, but once you get used to drinking it, you'll learn to love it -like a lot of people with salads. Only drink one to two cups a day, though.

Try to cut coffee out. If anything, go one hundred percent black. No adding the creamers and sugar and crap. If anything goes in, make it plain milk. Also try going over to decaf. It's a lot better for you.

So all in all, cut out coffee if you can, avoid concentrated drinks, try normal or flavored water, get some tea, and entirely cut pop and energy drink to cut out a lot of wasted and unhealthy calories.
