So a while ago you may remember me talking about sugars such as fructose sugars and sucrose sugars. Let me tell you the difference.
While no sugar is good for you, the fructose sugars actually aren't bad for you either. Your body will find them so much easier to break down. These sugars are naturally found in the fruit, nothing added. They are a simple type of sugar for your body's system to break to nothing.
Meanwhile, we have the sucrose sugars. These are the sugars found in candies of all sorts. All of these sugars are bad for your body. Not only are they unhealthy for you, but are very hard for your body to break down. These are not natural sugars.
Adding sugars to anything is bad. Nothing needs extra added. It's only making it unhealthy. If you wish to do something I used to love, get splenda and dip your strawberries in it. Splenda really isn't really a sugar, but a more natural sweetener.
