Simple replacements

Yes, I realized I forgot this one.

To help change into a healthier lifestyle, try switching to wheat bread and find butters that have less calories and fats. Personally, I don't really use butter so I won't recommend any.

You can replace normal sugar with things like Splenda, just healthier sweeteners.

If you want, try looking up some gluten free baking ideas to make some good healthy treats. You can make gluton free cupcakes with chocolate once in a while when you get a craving. It may seems weird at first, but your body will get used to it. They are actually really good when you teach yourself to like them. No, they aren't something to eat every day, but they are better to have than normal sweets.

How about you try to cut back on some of that red meat in take for the healthier choice of chicken and maybe turkey. Chicken really is the healthiest meat you can get, but turkey is healthier for you than a steak is. If you go get a hot dog from practically anywhere, put it on a napkin and get some of that grease off, and you will see how disgusting it is. Then you'lll realize there is so much more grease in things like burgers and steaks and that crap.

Short, but had to be done. Just simple changes like that are good for you.
