So I guess there are a lot of people learning about metabolism right now. If you don't know -I know a lot of people who don't- metabolism is pronounced ma-tab-o-liz-em.

Basically, your metabolism is what breaks down your food intake. The faster it goes, the more you can eat without getting more weight due to food breaking down faster. The downside is a lot of poeple get a slow metabolism. A slower metabolism breaks down the food a lot slower so therefore, you get more fat from your foods than those with a fast metabolism.

Tea will help speed up the metabolism, cue a reason it's good for weightloss. This is also why you want to eat in the first hour of waking up.

It doesn't matter what you eat in that first hour, wether it's an orange or a handful of grapes. Now, I'm not saying "it doesn't matter so lets have some pie," because you get the same health reactions in the morning as you do through the whole day.

Now, you need to giev your body time to break down the last bit of food before you go to bed. Your best net is to eat your last bit of food for the day three to four hours before you go to bed. In your sleep, your metabolism slows down.

Now, you learn from that the people who say eat then sleep to burn of sleeping calories are wrong. Yes, you burn some calories in your sleep -that doesn't mean sleep all day because through the whole night you only lose about fifteen to twenty calories- but I'm saying your body won't break the food down so it adds more calories.
