It's good to have 1 cheat day a month. I'm not saying set September nineteenth to gorge yourself with junk. I'm saying mix up what you eat. Maybe a trip to Starbucks for a smal or medium drink to reward yourself. Change your habits for this one day. Yes, still say healthy and don't get yourself packed so full that you're bloated and gain three pounds. Just eat a greasy burger with a coffee or something. This is the one day you get an excuse not to excersize, but I still do. If you don't you might get sore and have cramps. Plus it can cause your body to shut down a bit for a while.
The healthier you are the faster that gosh darm metabolism is. If you trash yourself, your metablosm may start to slow down some.Don't let that happen.
