Try to always eat before you go shopping. When you go grocery shopping hungry, you start buying more food than what you really need. It makes everything look a lot better.

Always make a list of what you really need so you don't just walk around and buy whatever you feel like through the week. If you do, your food choices won't always be about the same, so they start fluxiating a lot.

When you go to the meat department, hold back. I know a lot of you are probably thinking "but doesn't meat old a lot of good protien?" Yes, but broccoli has the same amount of protien as meats. Where the meats go wrong is they have so much fat packed into them. So if you're all about have a lot of meat, get the lean things.

One serving of meat is about the size as a single deck of cards, so a lot steaks have about three servings of meat. Try leaning more towards to lean meats and chickens. Turkey is pretty good to keep down the fats.

Don't think that you have to skip that dessert isle when your shopping, just because you're trying to lose weight. Go down there and find one or two things that you can make last. When you eat them, remember to mark a day in each week that you eat 1 serving -indicated by the labels- to you aren't eating too unhealthy.
