When you go out on a trip, you tend to go through fast food to eat on the way. Really, you're better off making a couple sandhiches to go and sticking them in a cooler in the back. Don't go to McDonalds all the time to get a greasy burger full of calories. Maybe stick a salad in a cooler and have the things all seperated into bags. It's healthier, and cheaper if you do it that way.

Try getting more vegitables and cutting out the carbs. Try always having a fruit. Cut your plates into bits so you have about twenty percent with that spaghetti, fifty percent with those yummy green beans or a small salad, and the last thirty percent with some tasty pineapple. You can play with those numbers a bit, but they're already right about where they should be.

Instead of going for those delicous looking seconds sitting warm on the stove, try a cup of yogurt or an apple. It's an easy change. When you do eat, use small plates instead of those big ones. The bigger plates tell your mind that you need to cover the space, so you get more food. On smaller plates, the food all takes up more space so it looks like more to you're mind.

Honestly, if you think to yourself  "am I still hungry?" the answer is no. You just say that to yourself as your mind trying to get you to eat more that your body doesn't actually need. Therfore -must I say it- wasted calories.

Later, I'll go more in depth with the fruits. There are a lot of things to change about your fruit eating habits that you don't even know.

I know, when you think of vegitables you think of this nasty green stuff in the mind of a four year old, but they're really not that bad. Carrots don't have much of a taste, and peas are actually really good- I love them. Try brocolli with maybe a little bit of ranch. Really, they aren't as bad as they seem. If you won't eat them plain, try combonation dishes like stwes and soups. It's so easy, and you will find more things you like.

A lot of people don't eat brekfast in the morning and think "yes! I broke the system and didn't get calories in the morning" but in reality, that slows your metabolism through the day -again, talking more about metabolism later- and causes you to gain more fat.

Always eat within the first hour of waking up to start your metabolism's speed through the day, and don't eat withing four hourse of going to sleep -I'll explain more about it later.

These are such easy changes that anyone can make. you won't regret them in the end.
