Guys, that pretty much it. There isn't as much to it as you thought, is there? It's so easy to do these things for yourself when you think about the ending result.
Remember you have to love yourself through the whole preocess or else these will turn into habits you should never have to face. Trust me. I'm currently stugling with weight issues, but I know how horrible it is. Love yourself and only take this advice if you just want to feel better about your health.
I love you all the way you are, and you don't have to change for anyone else. If yo do, they aren't worthy enough of having you, and you must remember that.
You have to do stuff that makes you happy. If that's sports or writing, do it. Remember you have to treat yourself right if you ever expect anyone else to. Just remember that.
