        I know you had to of heard this one before. Set your goals. I'm not saying "Be able to run a full marathon non stop" kind of goals. I'm saying realistic weight ones like "10 pounds in this month." 

        Never set a personal goal by saying "I want to lose this much weight this fast" because you're not being healthy and loving to yourself that way. You have to say "I wan't to be this much healthier."

        Yes, goals to say run three miles non stop is great! Those just weren't the type I was refering to. 

        Whenever you reach the end of your positive goals, you will feel so good about yourself.
