        Some things you think you know about fruits are actually wrong.

        Really, try cutting back on bananas. They hold potassium which is bad to get a lot of. They're still good and healthy, but don't eat too many of them.

        Some people like to eat their apples all the way through, even the seeds! Don't do that! Ever! It's so bad for you. Would you eat a banana peel? Then don't eat the freaking seeds!

        Just like vegetables, the more you eat them, the more you like them. If you cut then into bits or slices, your mind thinks there's more when you're eating them, so you feel more full. 

        Pineapples are so healthy for you! They will help you slim down a lot! If you want, you can grill or cook them however you want, but I recommend going to the store and buying a real pineapple to take home and cut up. If you don't like them now, just eat them. You can learn to like practically anything if you tell yourself you do.

        I know you might be thinking "I thought fruit had sugars in them!" but yes, they do. These fructose sugars are a lot easier to break down than sucrose sugars.
