        I swear, do not keep checking that scale weekly. More like when you set a goal to the twentieth, don't check until the twentieth comes along. If you do, you focuse too much on what you have to do and what has to be done. Your mind will go into overdrive and worry about reaching this goal. 

        Don't let that inanimate scale hold a power over you. You take power of it. Wether you put it somewhere so you don't see it everyday, or can manage staying in one spot, leave it there intil your weigh in day. 

        Try to get a monthly weigh in until you decide to manage the weight you have. Then feel free to keep track weekly or whatever. When you are trying to get healthier, you'll see that scale has too much power over you. Don't ever succum to it- no matter what.
