This is the most obvious thing ever. You had to of heard all about it in your health classes in elementary, or all over TV with Michelle Obama promoting it so much. It really is great for you.

Sure, exercise isn't one hundred percent required to lose weight, but it helps shred the pounds and make you feel better with a healthier life. If you're a person who "doesn't have time for it,
even five to ten minutes of running a day helps. It also helps your heart health.

If you can, hit the gym every once in a while. If you're on a school sports team, practice for that sport on the weekend.

You can do such simple things, even taking your dog(s) on a walk or going on a simple jog or bike ride. Even go walk around your neighborhood (if it's a safe place) to help. You'll always feel better about completing a workout when it's done and over with.

I like to do zumba, plus I run for my school's cross country team. I hate it while I do it, but love it in the end. Stuff like Zumba and kickboxing can be a blast to do.

Do things in your home such as cardio with some dumbbells or along with videos. Get some yoga one to relieve some of that stress build up and to loosen up.

If you're cleaning your house, go back and forth between tasks. It may seem like a lot more, but moving between two tasks can help you lose a couple calories more. I personally will sweat while I'm cleaning -but I have a really hot house- but it's because of doing so much work. I try to clean every day to get a better looking place and cut some calories.

Heck, when you go to hotels or anything, use the stairs instead of the elevator. Your legs may be sore after climbing so many, but it strengthens the leg muscle and give you a work out. You lose some calories and can lose some thigh.

Simple things like walking, running, cleaning, biking, anything all add up. They cut out calories, but they also give you a better body health. They all make you feel great when you're done.
