"Morgan can I talk to you a minute?" I asked shyly.
"Yeah." Morgan stepped away from the small group he was talking to. "What is it?" He asked once we were alone.
"I just wanted to tell you I'm pregnant." I said slowly.
"Oh?" Morgan looked at me with a little surprise.
"Four almost five months pregnant." I chewed on the inside of my cheek nervously.
"Oh!" Morgan was completely shocked this time. "Well I guess congratulations, why didn't you say something sooner?"
"Because, um, awhile back in Alexandria, I had lost a baby there, and when you guys showed up I was just barely getting passed it." I explained, then Morgan embraced me tightly. "What was that for?" I asked once he pulled away.
"Just thought you could use it." Morgan smirked.
"Thank you." I smiled back.
"I know I can't convince you to stay in the warehouse. So I'm asking that you take the light runs." Morgan pleaded lightly.
"Good." I laughed a little. "I patch clothes all day when I'm not on a run, so thank you for not taking that from me."
"No problem." Morgan smiled. "Are you wanting to go out and find salvageable parts for the warehouse?" Morgan asked.
"Heck yeah." I smiled.
"Good, John has the list, And congratulations again." Morgan hugged me once more with a large smile on his face, before we split ways.
I made my way through the warehouse trying to find John, but I was distracted along the way when I saw someone shove Daryl. I made my way over there, seeing things were getting pretty ugly between Daryl and this other man.
"Whoa, Hey!" I cut in between them, getting grazed by the other man's fist, across my cheek. I swung and punched him square in the jaw, stunning him for a moment. "What the hell is going on here, huh?" I looked up at the man.
"We know Negan's still alive, and free." The man I punched answered.
"Yeah, so, what's it to you?" I grumbled at him.
"I used to be a Savior, one of the workers like Daryl, only I didn't escape like he did." The man growled as he got to his feet. "You don't deserve to be here!" The man tried attacking Daryl again but I was in the way, and I shoved him, even Daryl tried to get past me.
"Listen and listen closely!" I pointed at the man. "Daryl is just as much apart of this group as anyone else here, he is family like the rest of you, You understand?" I was up in the man's face. "I may be pregnant but don't think I won't mess you up if you do anything to my husband again."
"Sorry." The man's friend, that was behind him, apologized for him and they left.
"Are you crazy?" Daryl grabbed me looking me over. "Are you okay?" He saw the red spot on my cheek.
"It's fine I've had worse. Are you okay?" I asked looking him over.
"Had worse." He smiled as he copied what I said. "You thinkin' Sherry had somethin' to do with that?" Daryl asked carefully.
"More than likely, how else would he've known?" I crossed my arms over my chest. "Are you going to be okay, want me to stay with you?" I asked dropping the Sherry subject.
"Thanks babe, but I think it's time I fight my own battles." Daryl kissed me sweetly.
"I'm going on a run for salvageable parts with John here in a bit." I informed.
