Over the next year, I learned how to fight as quick as a hunter and how to think like a warlock. Being a Titan was natural to me for obvious reason. I learned how to grab the sun and use it to my likings.
And then I learned how to use Void light. I casted the sentiental's shield and the Ward of Dawn.
It felt like I was on the precipice of the light and darkness.
I was in a firefight in the Cosmodrome when I had learned how to harness its energy.
Fallen surronded my fireteams position. It was a simple mission that turn bad fast, very fast.
My hammers didnt peirce the army and my fist couldn't punch through their formations.
The two hunter had ran out of ammo and couldn't summon their arcstrider and shadow shot.
I had enough light to make them a hole to escape but not enough to.keep myself alive.
That voice once again called to me.
Can't shock your way out? Can't burn your way through?

Hi, it's been a good minute. Who are you really?

You dont know me?

I remember you from when I woke up.

I am simply a teacher.

Then what lesson do you have for me?

The void calls you. Look into the darkness and pull the light out.

I took a deep breathe and reached into the darkness. I grabbed the light and casted a shield. Unstable but strong.
I jumped into the air and threw a shield and blocked incoming damage.
I charged in, bashing a opening for the hunters. A Dreg stabbed at me but his spear burned from the Void. I grabbed him by the neck and crushed it.
I pushed through protecting the two hunters and taking scorch cannons as if they were nothing. I managed to form pools of light that the hunters used.
The hunter on the left turn to face me and used his shadow shot, tethering a large group. All the while the hunter on the right summon his arcstrider and devastated a large column of the Fallen.
I gasped as I stepped into the pool of light they both had formed an summon the sentiental's shield again. Leaping in, I took the front after the arcstrider depleted his light.
We barely made out that day. The two hunters still don't talk to me nor do the go back into the Cosmodrome.
But from that day, I found that my natural calling to be a sentinel.
Also with in the year, a few major events had happened. The war mind, Rasputin, was awakened and allied with the Vanguard. The death of Cayde-6, the hunter mentor, had happened and the Dreaming city was discovered and opened to the guardians
I was in the Mountians of the EDZ hunting an escapee from the Prison of Elder, when the huntress contacted me.
"Incoming transmission from a Ajisai, isnt that your girlfriend?" Cable whispered as I aimed my sniper rifle at the Fallen Captain
"I havent talked to her for a few months, put her through." I whispered as I zoomed in on the Captain and cocked the rifle

"SAGE! I need your help with something. It'll pay good and great gear will come out of it" she sounded distressed

"Well hi Ajisai, long time no see or talk. When I last saw you was it the at the bar where you left me to pay the bill or when you left me to handle the gatelord on nessus?!" I growled as I took the shot, killing the captain

"You're alive, it couldn't have been that bad." she chuckled slightly

"I tore the gatelords head off. I had no ammo and the warlock was no help!"

"Look you're alive that's all that matters."

"What do you want Ajisai?"

"Come to the Dreaming city, we are going into the ascendant plain"

"Excuse me?" Both me and Cable asked

"Petra Venji needs help and I found out where to enter and how." There was a loud explosion in the background

"Are you in a firefight again?" I grunt as I am sent up to my ship and speed off to the Dreaking city

"Just a small one..." she began to mumble
