Glimmer, believe it or not, was a problem for Ajisai and I. We never had enough to enjoy ourselves and now, after the forge incident, we had to get new armor.
My helmet and gauntlets where the only pieces that I could repair. A Torobatl helmet and the Ursa Furiosa gauntlets. My chest plate, leggings, and mark were all from Tess. Star-Crossed Heart, Star-Crossed Footsteps, and the Star-Crossed Mark. All covered with one of my favorite shades, copper and blood.
I like blood.
Shut up.
Ajisai had gotten a new set completely. She wore the Celestial Nighthawk helmet, Iron Fellowship grips, Ancient Apocalypse Vest, Vigil of Heros Leggings, and the Tangled Web Cloak. All covered in a buffer overflow.
Admittedly, we kind of with expensive shaders and armors.
Our wedding required some glimmer so Ajisai set off to hunt Prison of elders Escapees. I had to find my own way to make glimmer.
Eventually, I ended up doing bounties for Tess, Hawthorne, and Holliday.
I had to hunt down specific targets hiding in lost sectors across the system, cause pandemonium among the Cabal, and hunt down a couple stolen sparrows.
I dont use a sparrow. They have always felt either too flimsy or only for looks. But this speeder, it looks meaner than most. It was Tex mechanica first sparrow and it was a beauty.
What is beauty  in the eye of the beholder?
I..uh....I took the bounty from Holliday who had gotten it from Tex 99-40.
Remnants of The Riders gang had been stealing sparrows from gaurdians in the field and some even managed to steal from the tower.
Time to steal it back.
So I set off to the Tangled Shores and deep into thieves' landing. Down to Sorik's Cut and into The Rider territory.

The fanatic managed to resurrect him.
So I snuck into his den and in the sparrow cages. They taken apart hundreds them but all the pieces were still there. I set up all the beacons I could and transmatted them to Four-hour gultch. I had borrowed some Redjacks from Lord Shaxx...
Liar!
They held off the Scorn and Fallen that filled the area.
When I was setting up the beacons Lord Shaxx came booming into my Coms.

"Guardian! Tell me. Do you know how to say please? BECAUSE I DON'T THINK YOU DO?!"

"Sorry Sir, you were busy with a Cruicble match and I didnt want to both-"

"Nonsense gaurdian, I crave the thrill of a good battle!"

"You what?" I dropped a beacon as a booming from the courtyard.

Shaxx had come to me, with even more Redjacks.

I placed my final beacon and heard a hearty laugh fill the air, that and Scorn screaming. Not sure which scared me more.

I transmatted all that I could and from the clearing I spotted the one I had originally came for. The Bronco. Scorn had flooded in, running from Shaxx.
I grinned jumping on to the mighty sparrow and ramming into them. I drifted into a clearing and sped forward.
Shaxx had leaped onto the back of the sparrow and patted my back

"Allow me to clear a path!" He laughed and pushed the breaks, sending himself forward. He cranked his Fist of Havoc, blowing a hole in the wall and paving an opening. I revved up the engine and it bucked forward, immediately taking off.

I grinned as I followed the walking thunderbolt.

Once we were in a clearing I pulled over and regrouped with Shaxx.

"Marvelous Gaurdian absolutely wonderful!" He laughed as he took my arm before twisting it behind my back "I like you gaurdian but don't ever steal from me again!" He spat and let me go before walking back into the fray
....He has great light...
I gripped my arm and got back onto the Sparrow.

I glanced at the beast and smirked as I drove off with it, spending the rest of the day with it.

When I got back to the tower Holliday gave me a hug and then slapped me as hard as she could.

"The hell you driving that prototype! You could blown it up" she barked pushing back and pulling me back in "how did she feel?"

I held my cheek and a small smirk "She feels like a dream. I thought it would have been a bumpy ride but she flows smoothly." I chuckled lightly

"She threw everyone off in the tower..." she murmured

"I may have possibly gotten Scorn blood in it..." I backed away

"Scorn blood! Dark ether...." she snapped her fingers and turned towards her shop "Keep the sparrow, you gave me a great idea." she smiled and began to write something down

I grinned and ran off. I got to my room where Ajisai was already passed out.

I ripped off my armor and collapsed onto the bed. She crawled over me and kissed me gently "Where were you?"

"Off making glimmer. Cable?" I glanced up

"Yeah chief, Looks like you got a present from Holliday and all of Tex Mechanica." Cable tuned in and projected my winnings onto the ceiling.

"Oh.... well shit." I gaze up to the hundreds' of thousands of glimmer put into my account

"There is letter attached to it too. It says 'thanks for finishing our design, and thanks for the new fuel' sincerity Holliday, Tex 99-40" Cable spinned around us and began to sing "We have enough!"

I took a deep breath and collapsed into the bed. Ajisai held a smirk and rested her head on my chest "what the hell did you do today?"

"I got Shaxx out of the tower. And stole back a few sparrows" I smiled with my eyes closed

"You what?!" She punched me chest
