I wondered how I would get back to her and give her the soul. I was afraid and confused on what just happened. But I took the globe in my hand and continued toward her house. I repeated the rhyme through and through. I knocked on the door to see a father who looked scared from the battlefield but not for the loss of his wife. He looked at me up and down, "How may I help you?" I felt his eyes still looking at my body, how can she live with this man? "I'm looking for Aryn, is she here?" I don't know how, but I could sense that he had done wrong. I could sense that his end was coming sooner than he had thought. "I think she's sleeping, would you like to come inside?" I don't know what happened after that, but next thing I knew, he was bleeding from the head on the ground. As if he had fallen with a bad concussion. I saw Aryn on the phone calling the ambulance but what he said had shocked both of us. "Aryn, come close." She hung up after the conversation and walked over, he continued speaking in a very loud, booming voice, "I knew I should've killed your like I killed your mother!" Than he passed out. Aryn went off, she was swearing and raised her hand to hit him although it wouldn't do anything. The ambulance was standing in the doorway but had to separate her from him. We waited outside as they took him away. They heard what he said and he would later be confronted by the police, if he survived.
Since the dance was tonight, we decided to go. She grabbed her tuxedo and we walked to my house. I'm not sure what I was going to tell them. I guess they wouldn't care. They rarely ask about my life. I stopped in front of my house and took a deep breath in. Aryn touched my shoulder and I then opened the door. No one really was around. My brother was in the living room watching TV. He noticed me come inside and walked over and hugged me. "Heyyyyyy, your home!" He looked at Aryn with a certain sparkle and approached her, "Are you... " He lowered his voice, "... Aryn... my sisters girlfriend?" She blushed lightly and held my hand, "Well... what do you say, love?" I blushed darker, "You already know the answer to that..." Than I lightly kissed her on the cheek. "I gotta go child, bai" I quickly rushed us to my bedroom. I shut the door behind us, locking it.
