Percy POV 💧

Uh-oh. "Kill them!" Oceanus shouted. I raised riptide.

"Are you crazy?!" Wise girl shouted. "We can't fight them all! Run!" All for of us started running or swimming, which ever you prefer, away. We started swimming up the aquatic mounting. The others and the Argo II were waiting there. Leo seemed to anticipate the retreat and prepared the engines.

"Quickly!" Hazel shouted as Leo fired cannons at the mermen. I quickly looked back to see an enraged Oceanus.

"Oh no you don't!" He shouted. He aimed his trident at the Argo II. I watched in horror as he gathered up the energy. He was planning to destroy the Argo II along with Leo, Frank, and Hazel.

"Run!" I shouted. "Get off the ship!" They didn't seem to listen. Piper decided to do something.

"Get off the ship!" Piper charmspeaked. "Now!" The others obliged and dove down to where we were.

"Noooooo!" Leo shouted as the Argo II exploded along with Festus. "Festus!"

Third Person POV

"Prepare for battle!" the Bounty Hunter yelled at the hellhounds. They were all blessed by Pontus, so breathing wasn't a problem. The Bounty Hunter could use his jet pack underwater. Because of Pontus, they moved in the water as fast as they moved on land. Thousands of hellhounds accompanied the Bounty Hunter into the Mariana Trench. They swam near the seven, mourning over the loss of Festus and the destruction of the Argo II.

"Surrender or die!" Oceanus yelled. By now, thousands of Oceanids were surrounding the seven. The Bounty Hunter saw this and was not please.

Oceanus POV 💦

Muhahahaha! We surrounded the seven! Time for revenge!

"Surrender or die!" I yelled at them. They waited, saying nothing. The air was silent. Suddenly, a loud voice boomed above.

"KILL THEM ALL" It boomed. I turned around.

"Who was that?" I asked all the mermen and Oceanids. They all shrugged and shook their heads. I turned back and found thousands of hellhounds in front of us. Behind them was a man, about 6 feet tall. He was wearing armor with a mask and carrying two twin pistols. On his back was a jet pack, fully operational.

"These stupid mermen covered their escape. Kill them!" He demanded. A huge wave of hellhounds surged forwards and attacked my men.

"How dare you attack us?! Mermen! Kill them!" I commanded.

Percy POV 💧

I watched as the two armies fought. We were on a faraway underwater mountain, watching from the battle of the two armies from afar. Luckily, Wise Girl thought of a magnificent plan having to do with Hazel.

"Nice thinking, Beth." I told Annabeth.

"Don't call me that, Seaweed brain." Annabeth warned.

"Phew!" Jason exhaled. "Luckily we have Hazel on our side." Hazel shrugged.

"What? I just manipulated the Mist, tricking the Bounty Hunter to think Oceanus and the mermen were on our side." Hazel said. Frank put an arm around her.

"Wait... the Bounty Hunter." Annabeth muttered. "We need to message them- the gods! They don't know where the Bounty Hunter is! They've sent Nico and Thalia all the way across the globe to search!"

"I'll take care of that." I said. Everyone's heads turned towards me.

"How?" Jason asked. "I thought Iris switched too along with Hecate."

"...Never mind..."

"..."

Finally, Leo decided to break the silence. "So, does that mean now we have to swim all the way to wherever Kymopoleia is? And how do we find her. Today, we just discovered that she wasn't hiding in the Mariana Trench."

"I don't know." Wise Girl said. "But we have to keep searching. We have to hope Nico and Thalia stop the Bounty Hunter before he comes closer to killing us."

"..."

"Wow. Annabeth not knowing something? That's priceless." Leo teased.

"Shut up, Leo." Piper commanded. Leo looked like he wanted to say more, but he couldn't. He just whimpered like a sad dog.

"We will find out." Jason said. "For now, we have to believe it's possible, for the sake of Olympus and the world. If we don't, well, eternal night will be the new world, and-"

"-unfortunately, for you," a new voice interrupted, "I am here to prevent that." We all turned around.
