"WHAT?" All the Paladins yelled.
"Yeah, that was the plan all along, Vaz was Natalie until well... you guys came" Keith replied
"I think we should give Lance some time in the healing pod, it might bring some of his memories back." Shiro suggested.
"The what now?" Lance and Keith questioned.

Princess Allura decided Keith should stay in a cell until Lance gets out of the healing pod, which was annoying.
💚Pidge💚
Pidge was waiting in the infirmary for lance to wake up when she heard a quiet pop. She turned around only to see lance about to fall.
"Lance!" she cried and grabbed him before he could fall.
"P-Pidge?" he slurred, clearly still groggy.
"Do you remember me?" She helped him steady himself. He slightly nodded in responce
"W-Wheres Keith?" He looked around slightly and sighed when he could find the Galra.
"He's in a cell, Allura's watching him"
"Why?"
"Because! He's a Galra Lance!" She rolled her eyes and closed the healing pod.
"He helped me!" Lance grabbed onto a table to steady himself.
"You can go see him if you want, I have to go help Hunk with repairs cya!" She walked out.
💙Lance💙
Lance worked his way to the cells, using the wall for support. He walked to the cell room, only to see Allura glaring daggers at Keith, who just sat on the bench and looked down.
"Lonce?" Allura turned around and smiled, giving the blue Paladin a hug. Keith only looked up for a second before looking down again.
"The Galra wont tell me anything! I've tried everything!" She releases Lance from he grasp to glare at the Ex Solider.
"Let me try to talk to him..." he sighed and Allura walked out.
"Looks like the tables have turned huh Mullet?" He smirked, receiving a chuckle from Keith.
"Seriously?" Keith looked at Lance and rolled his eyes.
"Sorry about Allura, the Empire kinda... destroyed her home and killed everyone she loved" He sat down and leaned against the force-field separating them.
"I've heard about that, it was one of our greatest accomplishments..." he walked over and sat in the same spot as Lance on his side.
Lance stood up and opened the cell, causing Keith to fall back.
"Thanks but, could have given me a warning" He rolled his eyes and stood up, brushing himself off.
"How 'bout we get you out of that uniform, I should have some clothes that'll fit you" He led them to his room and got Keith some clothes, he went into the bathroom to change.
When he came out he had a gray T-shirt with a red, white and yellow jacket on top, black pants and, black, white and red boots (Basic Keef outfit, I suck at describing sorry)
"That looks great on you! C'mon, we should go talk to everybody else" Lance started to leave but stopped when he realized Keith wasn't following
"You okay Keith?" He turned around and walked back.
"I just can't stop thinking about how I betrayed the Empire.
"You did the right thing Keith"
"I know but still..."
"Sometimes what we're told to be doesn't mean we have to be it" He smiled as he reached his hand out to the Ex-Galran soldier, who hesitantly took it

The two of them went to the control room where everyone was waiting.
"Why is he out of the cell?" Allura's voice was a mix of anger, annoyance and fear.
"Because he doesn't deserve to be in there!" Lance stepped infront of Keith in defence.
"Guys why don't we give Keith a chance? I mean he did save Lance" Hunk suggested looking at all the other Paladins for opinions.
"I agree with Hunk, Keith doesn't seem too bad" Shiro joined in, Pidge agreeing.
Allura and Coran stayed silent.
"Give them time they'll adjust" Lance nudged Keith.
"Wait, do you know anything about my dad and brother? Sam and Matt Holt?" Pidge asked with a glimmer of hope in her eyes.
"I've heard about them, but they constantly move locations to make sure they're kept in the Empires hands...Sorry" Keith looked down slightly.
"I-Its fine, I hope I find them soon" The green Paladin sighed. All of a sudden the castle alarms went off.
"A fleet of Galra ships are attacking!" Allura called to them.
"But there's only four of us! What if we need to form Voltron?" Hunk questioned.
"I-I could try to pilot the red lion.... if that's okay" He glanced at Allura for an answer.
"I suppose you could try" Allura agreed despite not trusting the Galra.
💙Lance💙
The four Paladins were barley holding their own, they needed Voltron.
Guys! Things aren't looking too well!" Lance was blasting as many ships as possible but he was taking to many hits.
"We need back up!" Pidge cried before dodging an attack.
"Did someone say backup?" The red lion flew out of the castle and into the fight.
"Keith!" All the paladins yelled with joy.
"What took you so long?" Lance joked.
"Allura wasn't exactly fond of the idea of letting me in the red lion" The new red Paladin replied while blasting a couple.
"Okay that's not really important right now, FORM VOLTRON!" Shiro called before the lions began to form together.
[Insert Voltron forming sequence here]
💔Vaz💔
"General! We have word that the red lion has come onto the playing field!" One of the Galra soldier's informed over the com's
"But that's impossible unless... THAT TRAITOR! He is the new red Paladin!" Vaz screamed slamming her fists on the control panel.
"You mean Yorak? How could the 'Princess' let a 'Galra' pilot a lion?" The soldier's mouth dripped with acid as he said the traitor's name.
"Commence procedure 11-12-1-14-3-5 in 1.5 Phoebs"
"On it!"
💙Lance💙
"Great job out there guys!" Shiro's congratulated everyone once they got back to the castle.
"Thanks Shiro, but we really couldn't have done it without Keith" Lance smiled.
"T-Thanks?" Keith shrugged, not really knowing what else to say.
"Paladins, we will be training later tonight make sure your prepared" Allura informed us before everyone went their separate ways.
"Hey Keith how about I show you around the castle" Lance grabbed the red paladins hand and led him around the castle.
