'Now I know, there's no one I can trust,
I used to think there was
Tell me that I'm cut throat, I think you got your eyes closed
Feel the fear, And swallow back the tears
Let weakness disappear
There's nobody but me here
The killer in the mirror-Set It Off, Killer in the mirror

Everyone in the room, including Mrs Mac stared at Mayla with shock and silence.
None of them, apart from Aphria's sister Jessica, has heard her sing.
They already know of her piano skills.
But not her singing skills.
"Wow...Mayla" Mrs Mac whispered.
Mayla stood up.
"I will let you continue your lesson because I have to complete my final composition" Mayla said.
Mayla walked back to her chair, the year 11s whispering about her.
She rolled her eyes as she sat down.
"I never knew you could sing, I would have made you a singer in the band a long time ago" Mrs Mac said.
Mayla shrugged.
"Would rather be a piano player" Mayla replied as she put her headphones on.
Mrs Mac sighed, knowing Mayla would be in her own world.
Mayla was in her own world.
She was thinking about what Mrs Mac said.
'"I never knew you could sing, I would have made you a singer in the band a long time ago'
What would have happened if she was a singer?
She would have definitely been a music captain, thats for sure.
She would have been closer with other music students in her year level.
She always thought they hated her, whispering about her always and glaring at her all the time.
She tried to be friends with them but they never listened.
'They would probably listen to me now; I'm the talk of the town' Mayla thought to herself 'They would do anything for attention'
Mayla sighed as she watched her screen like a hawk.
This is going to take a while.~~~~~~~~
"Mayla, Mayla!"
Mayla looked around the familiar area of Reflectron.
"Lucas?" Mayla asked, looking around.
Suddenly, she saw the figure of Lucas.
Mayla smiled.
"Is it really you or a dream?" Mayla asked.
Lucas came up to her and didn't say anything.
Mayla narrowed her eyes.
"Mayla, I missed you so-"
"You're not Lucas" Mayla said, stepping back.
Lucas smirked and clicked his fingers.
In his place stood Oshan.
"Indeed I'm not" Oshan said.
"Are you real or is this a dream?" Mayla asked.
"It is real, I am a darkness wizard afterall" Oshan said.
"How long has it been?" Mayla asked.
"A day" he replied "Alicia and Lucas are worried sick for you"
"I told them not to be" Mayla said.
"It's not just that; they're worried about what happened" Oshan said "What they found out"
Mayla looked at him with confusion.
"What are you talking about?" Mayla asked.
"Don't play dumb, you know who you are" he snarled suddenly, making Mayla jump.
"What?" Mayla asked.
"It was so obvious from the start; I knew it from the moment I saw you" He said "From being a natural at everything and learning this way so quickly...I was so stupid!"
Mayla was backing away from him as he grew increasingly closer.
"Why didn't you tell us? You could have saved Reflectron!"
"I have no idea what you're talking about" Mayla said "Oshan-"
"Don't call me that!" Oshan said "It's time for the old ways again; time for the royals to come back"
He glared at Mayla.
"Come back"
"Wh-what?" Mayla stammered "I only just got back home and-"
"Your home is here, with your real family" He said "Don't be blinded"
"I-"
"Mayla, Mayla!"Mayla gasped wake, snapping her head up from the desktop keyboard.
Aphria stumbled back, almost getting smacked in the head as Mayla snapped up.
"Mayla?" Aphria asked "Are you-"
She noticed her friend had tears in her eyes, making her immediately pull up a chair.
"Mayla" Aphria said softly, "What happened?"
"I-" Mayla started but she was cut off by laughing and some people walking in.
A group of people from her year walked in, making Mayla wipe her tears away.
They stopped talking and turned to Mayla and Aphria, who was silently sitting there.
They started to whisper, making Mayla angry.
"You might as well say it to our faces" Mayla snapped.
The leader of their group, a brown, curly fuzzy hair-that-doesn't-look-like-it's-been-brushed-in-his-life guy named Austin turned to them.
He was in his school uniform, probably just finished his exam.
"Um...what?" He asked.
Mayla turned her chair to face them.
"Say it to our face" Mayla said "We both know you don't like us; say it to our face"
"Mayla..." the brown haired girl Elsie whispered, touching her straight fringe nervously.
"And don't stop yourself" Mayla said.
"We don't talk about you like that" Josh, a blond haired swimmer, said.
"That's bullshit" Mayla said, crossing her arms "Everytime I walked into the room, you whisper and glare at me. And when I try to talk to my classmates, you ignore me! I have had enough! You might as well say what you want because I'm not going back to school after today; I just finished my last composition and commentary"
They looked silently at each other.
"Well?" Mayla asked.
"Mayla" Aphria whispered.
"You can go if you want to Aph" Mayla said "I'll be there in a sec, I'll talk to the music captains"
Aphria sighed and pulled Mayla to her.
"You better tell me what the hell you were dreaming about because you were crying in your sleep" She whispered, making Mayla widen her eyes.
"What?" Mayla asked, pulling her friend away from her.
Aphria nodded and stood up, walking out the room, glaring at the others as she left.
