"SIT here."

Her eyes widen in shock and disbelief.

"Boyfie, yung matinong trabaho ang hinihingi ko sa'yo. Kamanyakan na naman iyang alam mo. Tumigil ka." Singhal niya sa kasintahan na lalong ngumisi.

Daemon being Daemon...hindi siya nito titigilan hangga't hindi nito nakukuha ang gusto. He raised his eyebrow and tapped his desk as if his boring.

"Daemon, I'm warning you." She seriously said to him. Hindi ito natinag. "Daemon, isa..."

He look at her. "Sit here." He repeated before tapping his lap with his palm.

Cassidy pouted before marching her feet towards his mate. "Boyfie! Nakakainis ka na. I want real job not like this."

"Like what?" He asked innocently.

Hindi sumagot si Cassidy pero ng makaupo na ay piningot ng dalaga ang tenga nito. He didn't complain that made her frowned. Ni hindi man lang ito nasaktan. He even smile like he won in a lottery.

"Now what?"

Daemon grin. "Just sit and relax." He start sniffing her neck. "So sweet." Kissed it. "My mate. MINE!" He possessively wrapped his arm in her waist. "Damn!" He cussed when Cassidy moaned. His favorite music.

Suddenly, a knocked interrupted them making Daemon groaned in annoyance. Tumayo si Cassidy at inayos ang bahagyang tumaas na skirt. Nakakahiya naman na madatnan siya ng kung empleyado ng binata na nasa ganoong ayos.

"Come in." He said in a cold and baritone voice that made Cassidy rolled her eyes. Balik mataray na naman ang kasintahan.

"Boss?" An unfamiliar guy open the door and put his head inside to see Daemon. "Boss!" Ngumiti ito at pumasok na sa loob. Another guy enter the room just behind the first guy and locked the door.

Daemon raised his hand and gesture them to move closer to his desk. "Updates?"

"Boss, nagsimula na ang lahat mag-training. Naisipan namin na hatiin sa dalawang grupo ang lahat. Ang unang grupo ay nag-eensayo ng kalahating araw at magpapalit sila ng ikalawang grupo pagdating ng hapon." Ani ng lalaking may maliit na pilat sa kaliwang bahagi ng pisngi nito. Halata sa galaw nito na tila may masamang nangyari at pinipilit lang nito na umakto ng normal.

"Napahigpitan na din namin ang security sa subdivision at sa buong hideout." Singit naman ng kasama nitong lalaki.

Cassidy didn't know what they are talking about. She looked at Daemon and the two unfamiliar guy again and again. Her forehead was knotted without having any idea what is going on. For what that security and hideout means. Of course not literally.

Daemon nodded his head. "What about the cramon? Did you see any of them this past few days?" Clenching his fist, he asked them.

Their body froze and became tense. Like there's something happened that obviously is not good to hear. "B-boss." The second guy started. He sighed. "Kahapon, may nagpumilit pasukin ang loob ng subdivision. Kaagad na nahalata iyon ng limang nagbabantay sa main gate. Nakatawag pa sila ng back-up at agad na pinatay ang Cramon pero sa kasamaang palad namatay din ang lima." Litanya nito.

Daemon angrily growled and hit the table with his fist that almost made Cassidy to jump. Mabuti na lang at hindi. Safe din ang buong opisina dahil soundproof ito at hindi basta-basta maririnig ng normal na tao. "That bastard! He really want to start a war." He shouted.

Hindi man alam ng dalaga ang pinag-uusapan ng mga ito maliban sa 'cramon' at William ay hinawakan niya ang kamay nito. She didn't care about the two guy in the same room. Gusto niyang kumalma ang kasintahan na kumalma naman ng maramdaman ang hawak niya.

Sa paggalaw niya ay mukhang doon lang siya napansin ng dalawang lalaki. They both look at her with admiration. Hindi iyon nakaligtas sa paningin ni Daemon kaya muling nanginig ang kanyang katawan sa panggigigil. Cassidy caress his cheek with so much care.

Cassidy smiled at him when he turned his gaze on her. His expression became soft seeing her.

Daemon closed his eyes for a while and breathe to calm his senses. Muli siyang umupo sa swivel chair at hinapit ang kasintahan na biglang napatili at inupo muli sa kanyang kandungan. Mukhang hindi nito inaasahan ang ginawa niya. "Mate!" Ani nito bago isinubsob ang mukha sa leeg nito. "Mine."

Cassidy smiled because of his possessiveness. That one of the reason why she love him. His possessiveness and him being over protective when it comes to her. Hinaplos niya ang buhok nito at minasahe iyon. "I love you, boyfie."

He totally calmed down but groaned in his mate physical contact. Her scent and presence can make him calm and were driving him crazy at the same time. It's good to feel that his mate is in his arms and safe.

"I love you, girlfriend." He whispered. Daemon saw in his peripheral view that Kenjie and Brian slightly pushing each other as they want to tell something. He looked at them. "What is it?" Nagtataka nitong tanong. He didn't bother to read their mind. Gusto niyang malaman ang kung anumang dala nitong balita mula sa mismo nitong bibig.

Lumapit si Kenjie at may inabot na kapirasong papel. "Boss, nakita din namin yan kahapon na hawak ng isang Cramon. Kinuha namin dahil nakapangalan sa'yo." Litanya nito bago bumalik sa dating pwesto. Makikita sa mata nito ang kaba pero kahit siya ay walang alam sa sulat dahil hindi nila pinakialamang basahin ang nakasulat sa papel. Mahirap na at baka importante ang nasa papel.

Tumingin muna si Daemon dito bago kinuha iyon. Fuck! He cussed mentally after reading what's written in the paper. Napatingin lang siya sa kawalan dahil sa nabasa. Until she felt Cassidy shaking in his lap. When he look at his mate his eyes widen and get the paper away from her. She's crying for fuck sake! He crumpled it and throw in the trash bin. "Shh! Girlfriend, I promise I will not let them touch even a single thread of your hair. I will not let them hurt you." He said. Comforting her while kissing her tears away. His eyes become bloody red because of anger and for scaring his mate!

Take care of your mate. If I steal a chance... I WILL FUCKING KILL HER! I will tear every part of her...slowly! I will make sure she will feel the unbearable pain. And oh! After that I will kill all of you.
