Chapter 15: Explaining what happened and deciding to go far into the past

- Aidan's Prov
In the morning it was school again and me and Alina explained what happened last night during breakfast and they wanted to know what my Patronus is now so I stood up and pulled out my wand and thought of mom and dad again "Expecto Patronum!" I exclaimed flicking my wand forward and a beam of silvery white gas bursted out of the tip of my wand and turned into a ball of smoke and sort of exploded but a wolf appeared in it and it howled

and ran around the kitchen a bit and faded away after I stopped focusing on the memory I was using and they stared at me shocked "You really are your father's son Aidan" grandpa Derek told me "Aidan, I still can't believe it" Alina told me and we turned to her "Believe what?" I asked her "You conjured up a Fully-Corporeal Patronus that got rid of every single one of those Dementors" Alina told us "That's incredibly advanced magic" Alina told us and after breakfast me and Alina changed into our uniforms and grandpa Derek told me how proud he is of me that I can produce a Fully Corporeal Patronus and he actually helps me practice my magic and I greatly appreciate it "Hey Grandpa?" I called to him and he came back into my room after we talked about how proud he is of me and was at my doorway "Yes?" Grandpa asked "You're a pretty amazing Dad, you know that?" I asked Grandpa because he's an amazing father figure to me and my sister and he taught me everything I know and even though he lied to me my whole life about my Elemental Powers, I still love him and I won't let anything touch him or my grandmother, I'll protect them with my life if I have to, he seemed shocked and touched to hear me say how I feel about him and he smiled and hugged me so I hugged him back then he drove me and Alina to school and we said bye to him and we went into the school and we split up and I went to my locker to put my backpack in it and get my books out and when I closed my locker a werewolf was standing next to me just staring at me "WAOH!" I yelled as I jumped a little because he scared me a little bit and I pulled out my wand and pointed it at him "Hi Alpha!" he exclaimed and saw I was pointing my wand at him so he put his arms up for surrender "I'm unarmed, I surrender" he told me and I realized that it was just another werewolf from werewolf class so I lowered my wand "You can't just sneak up on people like that" I told him "Sorry Alpha, I just wanted to see if you were doing okay" he told me "I'm doing fine" I replied and I kneeled down and picked up my books and the werewolf helped me "Thanks" I thanked him "You're welcome Alpha" he replied "Did you hear about Aidan getting attacked by more Dementors?" I heard someone ask someone else "Yeah, poor guy, must be going through a rough time getting attacked by them" said another voice and I turned to the voices "I can hear you, you know that right?" I asked them "And i'm not going to be attacked by anymore Dementors because I now have a fully-corporeal Patronus" I told them "Meaning when I conjure my Patronus it'll get rid of them now" I told them and I walked to class and the werewolf followed me "What do they mean you were attacked by more Dementors?" he asked and I turned to him "Last night I met my biological grandfather and we were attacked by at least one hundred Dementors" I told him and he looked shocked "HOW DID YOU SURVIVE THAT MANY!?" he asked/yelled "I nearly didn't but then someone saved me" I told him "Who?" he asked "My future self" I told him "And now my Patronus is a wolf like how i'm technically half werewolf and that my dad's a werewolf" I told him "And you probably already know my name" I told him "Adrian right?" he asked "Well technically yes but I changed my name to Aidan because I didn't like that name plus its the name I was given at birth but now its my hidden third middle name" I told him "I'm sorry, I don't mean to cut this short but I gotta get to class" I told him "My name's Oliver by the way" the werewolf named Oliver told me "Nice to meet you Oliver" I told him as we shook hands and we left to go to our classes and when it was lunch and after I finished my lunch I went to visit the Auror's classroom and was about to knock the door because it was open and he was doing something "Hello Mr. Lycan" he told me as I was about to knock "How did yo-" I was about to ask "I heard you coming" he told me "Right, forgot werewolves have much better hearing than humans" I told him and he turned around and he was in bandages and I looked shocked at him "I've looked worse, believe me" he told me "No need for you to use your healing magic on me" he told me and I looked around the room and he was packing all his things "You've been fired?" I asked him "No" he replied "No, I resigned" he told me and I was shocked "Resigned? why?" I asked him "You've been me and Alina's teacher for years, you can't leave us" I told him "Who's going to train me and Alina in magic if you're gone?" I asked him "I've talked it through with the Minister to M.A.C.U.S.A and they've arranged a new Auror to take my place and i'm pretty sure, your grandparents wouldn't want a werewolf like me teaching their grandchildren after last night" he told me and he pointed his wand at his bag "Pack" he said and his stuff was packing itself up and I looked upset because I thought dad saved me and Zack but it wasn't "Why do you look so sad Aidan?" he asked me "Well nothing really made any difference" I told him "My mom and dad are still missing and I thought my father saved me from those Dementors but it wasn't, it was my future self" I told him "Didn't make a difference?" he asked me "Aidan it more than made a difference, you helped uncover a little bit of your parents location, you saved your biological grandfather from a terrible fate" he told me "Even I wouldn't have the nerve to do the things you can" he told me "Now" he started "Lets talk about your Patronus Aidan" he told me "My Patronus?" I asked "What about it?" I asked and he wanted to know what it looks like now and instead of telling him I showed him that my Patronus is a wolf and he looked very surprised and happy with what I just unlocked "I was right" he told me "Right about what?" I asked as my Patronus disappeared "You really are the youngest wizard who can conjure a full bodied Patronus" he told me "And it seems that FC has fought for a purpose again" he told me "FC?" I asked "Who's FC?" I asked confused "FC, the nickname your mother gave your father" he told me "Are you saying that, my father's wolf form is my Patronus?" I asked in disbelief "It's quite possible, you are his son after all, and it seems you have mastered The Patronus Charm and whenever you call upon it, your father will always be there to protect you" he told me and I actually never thought about it like that before, he then walked up to me and left the work he had over the years when he was training me and Alina "I am more than honoured to call you and your sister my students" he told me "I really hope and I wish you the best of luck on finding and saving your parents Aidan" he told me "And I read Zack's mind with a Legilimens Charm and I saw he was searching for your parents and I copied his work" he told me and handed me a folded paper that was really big and I took it "Maybe it'll give you a clue and a lead to where your mom and dad are" he told me "And since I am no longer your teacher" he started "I feel no guilt in what-so-ever about giving these to you" he told me and he handed me copies of the standard books of spells grade 4, 5, 6 and 7 "I drew instructions on how to cast the spells in them so you know how to cast them" he told me "Maybe they'll help you on your mission to save your parents" he told me "Wow" I started "I don't even know what to say" I told him "Thank you...so very much" I told "You're very welcome" he replied and was about to leave "Oh, wait" I told him and he was at the doorway and he turned back to me "Yes?" he asked "Zack mentioned something about me and Alina's great grandmother, do you know what he's talking about?" I asked him and he sighed "I do know what he was talking about" he replied "What does my great grandmother have anything to do with this?" I asked him "Because" he started "And you may be very shocked when you hear this" he warned me "Lay it on me" I replied and he chuckled a little "Your great grandmother on your mother's side of your family, was an Elemental Master" he told me and I was unbelievably shocked to hear that "What?" I asked "She was an Elemental Master before she passed away" he told me "What was her Elemental Power?" I asked and he paused for a while "Water" he replied and I was very shocked to hear that "So you mean-" I was about to ask "Yes" he replied "Your sister is the new Master of Water" he told me "How am I suppose to tell Alina this?" I asked "When the time is right" he replied "Well, thank you so very much for everything and for training me and Alina and for all of your lessons" I thanked him "You were the best teacher ever, and we'll never ever forget your lessons and what you taught us" I told him and he appreciated that me and Alina thought he was an amazing teacher and he left after I left his classroom and I watched him go and walked to the cafeteria to Alina with the spellbooks and the map and everything the Auror who trained us gave me and I was next to Alina "Can I sit here?" I asked her and she looked at me and looked shocked that I asked her that "Oh, sure" she replied and she stood up "Here, let me help you with those" Alina told me and took half of the things I was carrying "Thanks big sis" I told her "You're welcome" she replied and set the books she had on the table and I set the other books on the table and sat down "So, how did you get these spellbooks?" Alina asked me "The Auror who trained us gave them to me" I replied "Where is he?" Alina asked "He resigned" I replied and she looked shocked at what I said "We're getting a new Auror to continue our training" I told her and also I have quite a bit of money so I bought an extra lunch because I was still hungry "Well now what?" Alina asked and I stopped eating and I turned to her "I have an idea but it's unbelievably insane" I told her "What is it?" Alina asked "It's about finding and saving mom and dad" I told her "I want to save them as much as you do, but how are we supposed to do that if we don't even have any leads?" Alina asked me and I turned to her "That's why my idea is unbelievably insane" I told her "And it might take all our magic and our skills to pull it off" I told her "What's the plan?" Alina asked me "Are you sure you want to know and be part of it?" I asked her and she nodded "If it has to be this way, we must save mom and dad" she told me "Alright" I replied "But I can't tell you here" I told her "Meet me outside on the soccer field after you finish your lunch" I told Alina and I stood up and threw the rest of my second lunch out and I took the spellbooks and got my backpack from my locker and ran out to the soccer field and waited for Alina and after a few minutes Alina came and sat beside me on the bleachers "So, what's the plan?" Alina asked me and I turned to her "The plan is, after school we tell grandma and grandpa that we went to the store to buy something for us, but we actually we practice our spell casting and we pack up all of our stuff after we get home at night when grandma and grandpa are asleep, and when one of us is finished packing one of us has to sneak into one of our rooms and help pack, and we leave a note telling grandma and grandpa what our plan is when they wake up, and tell them how much we greatly appreciated how they raised us and we sneak out and we go back in time about thirty years ago when mom and dad were a couple and weren't married yet and when we find who took them away from us we end him" I told her and after a long time Alina finally proceed everything I said "So, we go back in time again, and when we find the person who captured mom and dad we end him?" Alina asked and I nodded "Define end him or her" Alina told me "We kill him or her" I told her and she looked extremely shocked at what I said "Aidan, we can't kill people, it's highly against the law" Alina told me "Do you want to save mom and dad?" I asked her "Yes, of course I do" Alina replied "Then killing the person who took our parents in the past means they'll be erased from existence here and mom and dad would never have been captured and we would live normal lives and we would get mom and dad back and everything will be different and we'll live with our parents and have proper lives" I told her and she looked shocked at what I told her "I never thought of it that way" said Alina "But what will happen to us if we change the timeline?" Alina asked me "This timeline won't exist anymore, we'd be erased from existence but we'd live different lives and mom and dad would never have been captured" I told her and she paused for a while and sighed "Okay" said Alina "Lets do it" Alina told me "But what about Hunter?" Alina asked me "What about him?" I asked "He should come with us, he's our cousin and I bet he would really want to help us, and we might need him" Alina told me "He's very loyal and very skilled in Charms" Alina told me and I thought it through "Good point" I replied and before school ended I found Hunter and I told him me and Alina's plan and asked him if he wanted in and he told me if it brings back me and Alina's mom and dad and his aunt Aphmau and uncle Aaron back then we can count him in and I thanked him and after school I texted Alina that it has to happen today so she agreed and now here we go we're going to save mom and dad.
