Chapter 55: Being saved but at a cost

- Alina's Prov
I got a call from mom and dad and when I heard what they told me I froze and I dropped my phone and my roommate in my dorm was wondering what was wrong "My little brother's been kidnapped" I told my roommate and I Disapparated back to Phoenix Drop and I was home and Marcus explained everything to us what happened and Hunter was there and he was just as concerned as I am because i'm worried sick about my little brother and I think I know how to find out where Aidan is because during a mission I was with Aidan and we were telepathically linked and we still are telepathically linked and I told mom, dad, Hunter and Marcus that and mom and dad told me to try to use telepathy to call Aidan "It might not work but I can try" I told them and I put two of my fingers to my head 'Aidan, can you hear me?' I asked Aidan through telepathy and I waited for a few minutes 'Uh' I heard Aidan groan in telepathy 'Alina? is that you?' Aidan asked 'It's me, where are you?' I asked him "Can you hear him?" Marcus asked me "Yes, i'm talking to him" I replied 'I don't really know where I am, oh my Irene Alina i'm in a tube like a cloning tank basically' he told me and I was shocked to hear that 'There's no liquid in it yet but there's people, doctors I think and they're studying me' he told me 'Can you try to go into your spiritual self to find out where you are?' I asked him 'I don't know' he replied

- Aidan's Prov
I don't know if I can go into my spiritual self to find out where I am but I can try so I tried and I managed to do it and I was in like a hidden test facility so I told Alina that and before I knew it there's a liquid stuff filling the tube i'm in!!! "HEY!" I yelled "HEY, STOP!" I yelled and I tried use my power to get out but I can't use my powers?!? I saw on a computer screen that their extracting my powers and the liquid filled the tube i'm in and I eventually passed out

- Alina's Prov
I kept trying to call Aidan but the link was completely cut off and I was very worried now and I heard him yelling at someone to stop and from his head I heard rushing noises of water or something and he told me where he was and I told everyone what I was told and we left to go save my little brother and the entrance wasn't guarded but it was locked and Hunter couldn't unlock it with Alohomora or Aberto so I pointed my wand at the entrance "Reducto!" I yelled and I blew up the entrance so we went in and there were guards and they aimed their guns at us so I used my water power and I beat the shit out of them and we were being stopped by more guards but Hunter used his powers to destroy their guns and he charged at them and so did dad "DAD!" I yelled "AARON!" mom yelled "GO FIND AND SAVE AIDAN, WE'LL TAKE CARE OF THESE GUYS!" Hunter yelled at us and dad promised us we'll meet them soon so we went on and we were in the lab where they have my brother and I also remember Aidan creating Marcus a training wand like how he made grandpa Derek a training wand and Marcus has the training wand in his hand and I have my wand in my hand and I conjured up a bubble of water on my other hand and mom has her wand in her hand and I actually taught mom more duelling spells and the doctors in this lab were trying to stop us but we stunned or badly hurt them for capturing my little brother and the man who ordered the people here to capture Aidan stood in front of a tube and we were confronting him "WHERE IS HE!?" I asked/yelled at him "WHERE IS MY LITTLE BROTHER!?" I asked/yelled at him again and he chuckled and stepped aside and we looked inside the tube and Aidan was in it floating and unconscious and we were all unbelievably shocked "AIDAN!" I yelled and I looked at a computer screen that their extracting his powers?! so I pointed my wand at him "You better let him go now or I will make sure this is the very last thing you ever do" I threatened him but I didn't scare him and the extraction was almost complete so I put my wand away and I charged at him "AHH!" I screamed as I started attacking him with what Aidan taught me "MOM, MARCUS, FIND A WAY TO GET AIDAN OUT OF THAT TUBE!" I yelled at them and this guy i'm fighting actually knows how to fight like me but I was winning

- Marcus's Prov
I was trying to find a way to get my mate out of this tube while Mrs. Lycan was trying to see if she can shut down the extraction but she can't so I put away the training wand my mate made me and I tried punching the glass but it didn't do anything but I actually hurt my wrist a little and I found a pipe and I turned to Alina "ALINA!" I yelled and she turned to me "IF YOU KNOW A SPELL TO MAKE THIS A LOT STRONGER THAN THAT WOULD BE GREAT!" I called to her and she pulled out her wand and pointed it at the pipe in my hands "Duro!" Alina exclaimed and a flash of light bursted out of her wand and hit the pipe in my hands and it completely turned to stone so I thanked her and I ran back to my mate and I raised the pipe in my hands like a baseball bat "LET MY MATE GO!" I yelled as I swung the pipe and I hit the glass of the tube and it shattered and my mate slid out and was soaked and he laid on the floor not moving and I dropped the pipe and I held my mate and I looked at Alina and I saw she did a hook kick and she kicked the doctor who had Aidan in the face and she knocked him out and she ran back and Mr. Lycan and Aidan and Alina's cousin Hunter came running in and we got out of there and back to Phoenix Drop and we dried him off and we set him on his bed and his family left but I stayed and I laid down behind Aidan because he was on his side and I gently wrapped my arms around him including my tail and i'm not daring to let him go and i'm not letting him out of my sight again.
