Chapter 27: Nearly dying until great grandfather saved me

Alina's Intro
My name is Alina Shalashaska-Lycan and I am the older sister to the very last Light Realm Guardian alive, when I was a child our parents disappeared from someone who could do the impossible, but then my little brother grew up and he became the impossible and years later, he trained me and I became the impossible and I became The New Water Ninja, or, the Indigo Ninja, our step-cousin, Adrian and I went to the past meaning to go 30 years into the past but we accidentally went 33 years into the past, after Adrian defeated our half-uncle Ein and finally unlocked his true potential, he got badly injured from our mother who's mind was being controlled by Ein and Adrian set her free but at a price *Flashback To Before Adrian Saved Aphmau From The Forever Potion* "Alina, I need you to promise me something" Adrian told his sister "Anything" she replied "If things don't go well at all and I might die, I want you to be Phoenix Drop's guardian, never stop loving, never stop caring and keep fighting, for me" Adrian told Alina "Promise me you'll fight Alina" Adrian demanded his sister "....I promise" Alina promised her little brother *Flashback Ends* I made a promise to him, I promised my little brother I'd be Phoenix Drop's guardian and fight, and that's what I have been doing since then, fighting, to the best of my ability, using every droplet of my water power I have left.

We were in the lodge and I was still trying to process everything that happened and I was still shocked that my little brother finally unlocked his True Potential and is now a true Realm Guardian but he's now on the verge of dying and he should be rapidly healing but he's not, he's not rapidly healing and I don't know why he's not speed healing, he's like this because he sacrificed himself to save mom and dad's in the same condition Aidan's in and we don't even know how Aidan unlocked his True Potential because I already unlocked mine and he got Cadenza to make me a Water Ninja suit in my favourite colors and I still love Aidan for that but not just because he gave me my own ninja suit but because he's my little brother and I love him with all my heart and i'd do anything for him as long as it made him happy because he helped me unlock my True Potential and he helped me no longer be afraid of what was making me weak and Hunter is probably jealous because he's not an Elemental Master but Aidan and I are and I was in the room Aidan's in and i'm still incredibly shocked that my own brother is a werewolf and is the Ultima like me and he's in shock and the doctors say he may or may not be alright and I walked up to him "Alina, wait" Derek told me "It's okay grandpa, he's my brother and..." I was about to finish "What is it sweetie?" Rachel asked me "I'm a werewolf like him, but in our timeline we never knew he was a werewolf" I told them and they were pretty shocked to hear me say that and I grabbed a chair and sat beside Aidan and held his hand but then I gasped because my vision completely went white and I looked around and I saw Aidan in front of someone who looked like grandpa Derek but wasn't and was in a uniform that sorta looked like the uniform Master Wu wears and I walked up to them "Aidan?" I asked and he turned around and looked shocked at me "A-Alina?" Aidan asked "Yes" I replied "It's me Aidan" I told him "Don't worry, i'm here now" I told him reassuringly and he started crying a bit and I grabbed him and pulled him and hugged him tightly and I was telling him it's okay and I turned to the man behind him and I got in front of Aidan and tried using my Water Power if this guy hurt my brother but I couldn't tap into my power in fact I couldn't at all conjure up water "Where's my power?" I asked "This is a separate realm" said Aidan and I turned to him shocked "Even I can't tap into my powers" he told me "We're in between the Realm of the Departed and our realm" he told me "You aren't completely here, only your mind so you can see me" he told me "And me" said the man and I turned to the man "Who even are you?" I asked "Our great grandfather" Aidan told me and I was very shocked to be standing in front of our great grandfathers "The one who was a Realm Guardian before me" Aidan added "Great grandpa Robert?" I asked him "Yes, my great granddaughter" the man told me "Wait, what's happening?" I asked "I've been given a choice" Aidan told me "What choice?" I asked "I have a little bit of options" he started "Great grandfather said I can either one, go back home while mom is saved but dad's in my current state and I stay a true Realm Guardian" he told me "And the other?" I asked "Same thing, but he removes the power of the werewolf from me completely turning me human and I still get to be a true Realm Guardian but we let time be how it was and I get completely healed and dad gets put in the state i'm in in our realm but I still fought and defeated Ein" he explained "And I don't know which one to choose, because if I become completely human and be set freed from the Ultima Curse I can't be with dad when he heals, but you have too" he told me "What?" I asked him concerned because I don't like at all where this is going "Meaning if I choose that choice I just explained, you and I have to separate for a whole year and we reunite at Starlight Wonderland which is the place where dad asks mom to marry him" he told me "No" I told him "I'm not leaving you and you're not leaving me" I told him "I promised to never leave your side because you're my little brother and it's my job to look out and look after you" I told him and he walked up to me and held my arms as I was tearing up "You know what we must do to prevent ourselves from being erased from existence" he told me and I let the tears stream down my face "Promise me something sis" he told me "Please, promise me something" he begged "What?" I asked "I'm going to choose my second option, so I want you to promise me that you'll take good care of dad" he told me and I was shocked he's going to pick the one where we have to separate for a whole year and I thought it through "Okay" I said "I promise to do every single thing in my power to keep dad from harm" I told him "And we'll stay in touch right?" I asked "Of course we will" he told me "I promise" he told me and we hugged and we were both crying a bit and we pulled away and he walked up to our great grandfather "I choose my second option great grandfather" he told him "Very well" he replied "But before you change the timeline a little just on one condition" he told him "What is it?" Robert asked him "You train me and teach me everything I need to know about being a Realm Guardian" he told him and he was shocked and so was I but he smiled "Of course, after all you are ready for the training now" he told him and with a snap of his fingers the Ultima Curse Aidan has was pulled out of him and was erased from existence and his ears and tail came out and they were erased from existence and it was actually hurting him quite a bit and then we were sent back in time and we saw when mom nearly killed Aidan then time rewinded and saw that Aaron got out of Aidan's grip and limped to Aphmau and Hunter and I were trying to heal Aidan and Aphmau nearly killed Aaron this time like how it was supposed to happen and he was in the bed a week later because the timeline fast forwarded and we saw our alternate timeline versions of us and we were put in them and we were in the proper timeline before Aidan changed it and so here we are and i'm deeply going to miss Aidan.
