Chapter 70: Being asked to teach proper magic

- Aidan's Prov
A few days after my hand was healed I was in my class for my magic training and as usual the new Auror was being the worst teacher to have ever existed and I legit thought she hated Hunter, Alina and I we literally thought she hated us and I do open our stupid book but I don't read it because I read the whole thing and I highly disagree with everything in it because it doesn't make any kind of sense because nothing at all adds up to using magic and I really don't know why the Ministry thought it was a good idea to send this horrible person because she's not doing her job at all! Especially since she's not teaching us how to pass our E.A.G.L.Es (Excruciatingly Aggravating Graduate Level Exams) so I can pass to the Sixth Year of Ilvermorny and Alina already passed her E.A.G.L.Es last year and Hunter has to repeat last year since he was in Fifth-Year last year but had to repeat it because of him failing his Potions, Transfiguration and his Defence Against the Dark Arts while I kept passing mine all with A's which stands for Mastery, it's the highest grade, at Hogwarts, I'd be getting O's, which stands for "Outstanding", but Hunter has to repeat his Fifth-Year with me and Alina her Sixth-Year because she failed her H.A.R.Es (Horrifically Advanced Required Examinations) which she studied for weeks and weeks for them and failed some by forgetting some important things which I get, I failed at my Ancient Runes with an F for "Failing" so I just dropped that class for Charms since I swapped last year's Charms for Ancient Runes which was a mistake but I'm back in Charms now with a different Auror at this high school, anyway, this teacher for our Defence Against the Dark Arts period here at Phoenix Drop High is a very lousy teacher who is NOT even bothering to try teaching us how to pass our end of the year exams and she isn't even teaching us any kind of spell because she made it forbidden to cast spells in her classes and I bet she's not even training us properly just so she can weaken our magic but she can't because Alina, Hunter and I are highly trained in magic and I know a LOT of spells because last year the Auror who trained us was the best teacher ever because he always found a way for the lessons to be incredibly fun but now I just do not want to take any of these classes anymore but needless to say i'm pretty much forced to and grandpa Derek has been sending very angry calls and emails to the new Auror and I actually don't know what I want to be after I graduate but I do know I do want to become an author and I was outside and I still remember all the spells my future self knew and I started practicing them and I can actually cast them completely properly so I can stun things now and do Ilvermorny sixth year magic even though i'm fourteen and I finally mastered my Elemental Shields so they're nearly impossible to break because i'm finally of age to get full control of my Realm Guardian Power but I feel like I should teach what we haven't learned yet because I secretly practiced the spells my future self learned and I can cast them perfectly and I was outside because it was lunch and I was on the bleachers outside and I was walking back inside the school but then I heard something weird and I looked to my right and I saw someone Apparate next to me and he was just staring at me like a creep "Can I help you?" I asked him "I'm an Auror from the Ministry of Magic" he told me "I heard about the one we sent to train you, your sister and your cousin" he told me and I was about to get ready to draw my wand because I don't think I can trust this guy then Alina and Hunter came and were wondering what this guy was doing here "I came to see if I can help" he told us "We don't want your help" I told him "Just give me a chance" he told us so I knew we couldn't trust him so I drew my wand then I raised my wand "Stupefy!" I exclaimed flicking my wand at him and a flash of blue light bursted out of my wand and hit him square in the chest and I sent him flying a little in the air and he landed painfully on the floor after I stunned him and Alina and Hunter looked very shocked at me "AIDAN!" Alina yelled shocked "HOW IN IRENE'S NAME DO YOU KNOW THE STUNNING CHARM!?" Alina asked/yelled at me very shocked and amazed "I learned it when I looked inside my future self's memories last year" I told her and they were still shocked that I stunned an Auror and technically did underage magic but it wasn't enough for me to get expelled from Ilvermorny because it's not against the law that I can do underage magic outside of home or school in life-threatening situations because if I did magic to save myself then I wouldn't be given a choice but to do underage magic to defend myself and it was technically like that so I can't get into trouble really because we can handle the Auror training us by ourselves and after school there actually were a little bit of students at Phoenix Drop High who are wizards and witches like Alina, Hunter and I and they saw how I stunned that Auror and were wondering if I could teach them how to do that and I actually never taught anyone anything before but I remember through my future self's memories I taught mom some of the spells I learned so I might be able to teach spells in this timeline but I better think this through first

It's been about a week since I thought through what my sister and step-cousin said and we scheduled a meeting for who's in our class and aren't being trained properly and there's a lot of people here and we're in grandma Rachel and Grandpa Derek's house because Alina and I live here and Alina told everyone who wanted real training to meet at our house so Alina, Hunter and I were sitting in front of everyone "Um... hi" said Alina "So, you all know why we're here" Alina said "We need a teacher" she said "A proper teacher" she added "One who's had actual experience defending themselves against the dark arts" Alina told everyone "Why?" some guy named John asked "Why?" Hunter asked him "Because there are dangerous things out there like Adrian and Alina's half-uncle Ein you stupid idiot" Hunter told him "So he thinks" he said nodding towards me "So the principal of Phoenix Drop High says" Alina defended "So she says because he says" John said "The point is, where's the proof?" John asked "Lycan could tell us more about this time travel power he has" said one of them named Thomas so I stood up "I'm not going to talk about the timeline we created so if that's why you're here, you might as well get out of this house now" I told them standing up "Come on sis, this was pointless, they're just here because they think I'm some kind of freak" I told my sister about to go upstairs to my room until Alina grabbed my arm "Adrian wait!" Alina whispered to me and I was about to argue with her until someone said something "Adrian, is it true you know how to produce a Patronus Charm?" a girl named Annabeth asked me and I stayed silent because a lot of people at school call me by my birth name for some reason "Yes" said Alina and everyone turned to her "I know because I've seen it, I was there when he was learning how to do it" Alina said "Holy Irene Adrian, I never knew you could do that" said someone named Tyler which had me a bit flustered "A-and he's trained by Lloyd Garmadon" said someone named Simon "With the ninja from Ninjago" he added "It's true!" said someone named Ava "I saw him training, he's a pro at what looks like kung fu" she said "In his freshman year, he fought off about a hundred Dementors at once with a single Fully Corporeal Patronus" Hunter told everyone "And last year, we really did go back in time thirty-three years ago and changed the timeline on so many levels" Alina said and I just can't take this "Stop" I told them then walked up a little "It all sounds... great, when you say it like that, like I'm perfect" I told them "But nobody is perfect, the real truth is, most of that was just pure luck, I didn't even know what in the world I was doing half the time, I almost always had help from my sister and cousin" I told them "He's just being modest" Alina said and I turned to her "No, Alina, I am not" I told her then I faced everyone "Look" I started "Facing all this stuff in real life, is nothing like school" I started "In a school, if you make a mistake, you can just try again tomorrow" I told them "But.. out there.." I started "When your a second away, from being murdered, or watching a family member die in your arms..." I started as I remembered what my alternate future me showed me as I remembered when Ein almost killed me and when Ein forced mom to try to kill dad and when Alina, Hunter and I healed him but I don't want to remember that... "None of you have any idea what that's like" I told them as I sat down "None of you have any idea how painful that is" I told them trying not to cry from remembering when Dad died in my arms when I saw my time remnant unlocked his True Potential "You're right Aidan, we don't" Alina told me sitting back down, sitting next to me and put her hand on my shoulder in an to comfort me "And that's why we need you little bro" she told me "Because if we're ever going to have a chance at... saving mom and dad.." she said and she doesn't need to finish her sentence because I know what she's going to say "They're really alive?" a kid younger than me by two years asked named James and I nodded "I felt it" I told them "Through The Guardian Realm" I told them and they were all shocked that I can sense things now and that I can sense my parents and that they're still alive so they all signed up for me to train them but I really hope I can be a good teacher because I never taught anyone anything before.
