Chapter 83: Finding out it was all a lie

So it's been about a week since the battle with the Fire Elemental and I still can't believe I just saved the entire multiverse then Marcus and I were walking on a bridge and it was nighttime and there wasn't a cloud in the sky so we could see thousands upon thousands of stars then I had something in my hand I made for Marcus, it's a locket with a picture of when we first started dating then then Marcus stopped "What's wrong?" I asked him then he opened his backpack "So does that black ninja and the Realm Ninja use the same Areo Blades?" Marcus asked showing me one of my Areo Blades "Hey, who knows? maybe he was trained by my mentors too before me" I lied because I didn't tell him I helped fight the Fire Elemental then he sighed "Adrian, I know that was you fighting that giant creature" he told me and he explained how he knew it was me even if I was wearing that new suit then the thing my Areo Blade was stabbed in started acting weird then Marcus dropped it then AN ELEMENTAL CAME OUT OF NOWHERE!? and by the looks of it, it was the Air Elemental but then it started having those digital projection lines then disappeared "The Hell was that!?" I exclaimed then we were staring at the thing I shot with my Areo Blade then I slowly walked up to it then picked it up "What is that? some kind of projector or something?" Marcus asked me as I examined it "Yeah, but it's unbelievably advanced than anything i've ever seen, almost as advanced as Master Zane" I told Marcus then it acted weird again and the Air Elemental appeared again but when I set my hand on it, it disappeared and I couldn't even feel it when I touched it then I stared at the projector "But it looked so real" said Marcus "Yeah, VERY real" I replied "Wait a second, does that mean that-" Marcus was about to say until I cut him off "That the Elementals are all fake?" I asked Marcus "But that doesn't make the least bit of sense, we were there, there was fire, destruction, everything" I told Marcus "But who would do something like that?" I asked out loud then the projector turned on again and then we saw Daniel fighting the Air Elemental then I looked very shocked at what I was seeing and I remembered I gave Daniel my glasses Master Wu left for me then I realized that Daniel lied to us this whole time "Daniel...he lied to us" I said out loud "Wait, wait, wait, how would that be even possible? I can sense Elemental Power in Elemental Masters and I felt Light Realm Guardian power in Daniel, if he isn't a Light Realm Guardian, why did I sense Light Realm Guardian power in him when we met?" I asked Marcus and he shrugged just as confused as I am "Unless" I started as I started thinking through chemicals "Carbon Dioxide, Benzene Methanol, Dioxygen Disulfide" I said out loud thinking about the chemicals and what they do if you combine them then I realized what they do "I know why I sensed Realm Guardian power in Daniel" I told Marcus "How?" Marc asked me "Carbon Dioxide, Benzene Methanol, Dioxygen Disulfide are the base for the extracellulare matrix used to make a formula that can replicate my powers...except when he gets what he wants, he'll make one that'll last forever" I told Marcus looking shocked "So he can become a Dark Realm Guardian" I finished realizing the horrible mistake I made then I turned to Marcus "I did fight that creature or whatever it was, and I screwed up way beyond belief" I told Marcus then I grabbed his hand and sprinted back to the resort we're staying at so I can suit up and warn my mentors about Daniel and how he lied to us and is trying to make himself a Dark Realm Guardian so I have to hurry to warn my mentors before it's too late.
