I saw the flashes before me Sparks of life and death The light blinking wildly Slowly losing its power My life struck by lightning Burning me apart I watch as it blinks On and off Nothing in between Life and death No in between What was this feeling? The sparks inside of me Of happiness and chaos Ups and downs White and black Flashes Streaks Paintings Surrounding by lights Running to the blinking Screams of terror The ghosts upon the flash The sparks I feel Love is it real? I follow the flash of light Wanting to be found Pain inside of me The heat searing my skin The frivolous act of life The unnecessary needs I sit there Looking up at the flash My eyes feeling a blur Losing light before me My sight a flash Just one flash Then I'm gone A flash and a jump A flash and a shot A flash and a fall A flash and a crash It's all just a flash Then I'll lose everything Everything Flashing sparks... ———————————————————————- Hey readers!!!!
