I stand at the edge
A deserted building
No one in sight
The darkness only around me
I'm looking down
The land not there
My heart is racing
My brain isn't right
And I jump
Falling forever
As I fall
I hear voices around me
Taunting me
Laughing at me
Enjoying my pain
They tell me things
Making me even more full of pain
I'm hurt inside
I keep falling
But as I fall
Something is happening
My flesh is tearing
The blood leaving me
My life is going away
Each second I fall
My soul is leaving my body
And I feel each tear of pain
But it never ends
Till I wake
Still night
I'm sweating
Feeling the nightmare still inside of me
My heart is beating
Faster than ever before
I look at my hands
Shocked at the life still in me
It's a dream
A nightmare
That I will never
Never ever forget
Because it's a part of me
And it will never leave
Like the sense of falling
And me tearing
I'm still here
And it's not over
