-3rd Person POV-
Even though it was the middle of November, tonight was the Christmas light switch on. You never understood why they didn't do it in December but today you didn't care. You got to go see the light switch on with you beloved boyfriend, Si Cheng.
The night before though you both stayed but till early hours in the morning watching the Nativity movies to get you into the spirit also just because they are so funny. The next morning you both woke up about lunch time.
You both were meeting your friends soon for lunch, so you both had to get ready quickly but really you both had so much time. When you entered the restaurant that you were meeting them in they all were around a circular table with a few drinks.
"There here" Johnny said making everyone's attention on to you two.
"Sorry that we're a little late" you apologised but they said it was fine.
They already had ordered you both a drink. You had a Coke and Si Cheng had the same as you. For a while you all talked and joked about before ordering your meals. You went for a toasted sandwich and Si Cheng went for a hot pot.
Yours and Si Cheng's orders came before everyone else only by five minutes. You all are together still laughing, joking and talking. You finished first since your meal wasn't as hot as everyone else's.
You all spent a good five hours in that restaurant before heading out to get a good place for the light switch on. Even though Si Cheng didn't like being touched but he didn't mind when you held onto his arm as people were pushing and shoving to get past. When it came to you Si Cheng didn't mind.
"RIGHT EVERYONE LETS ALL COUNT DOWN FROM TEN FOR THE LIGHTS TO BE SWITCHED ON" a guy shouted down a microphone.

"WOOOOOOOOO " everyone shouted and cheered.
You smiled watching all the winter coloured lights being switched on and also the big Christmas tree that had bright dark blue lights on.
You and Si Cheng got a picture together in front of the Christmas and that both came you new backgrounds on your phone. Before you both headed home, Si Cheng bought a hot chocolate for you both to warm up for the walk home.
"I guess that means we'll be getting our decorations out soon" he said making you giggle and nod.
