Few days later

Mia's Point Of View

Running my hand up and down Ethan's arm, i kissed down his neck. I felt him stiffen, and then relax.

"Not now, Mia" He huffed, aggressively shoving me off and going back to read the new script he got for his upcoming movie.

Looking at his face, i saw the deep frown on his face as he concentrated on the paper. His knee bounced up and down swiftly as he sighed

"Oh c'mon, let's go out" I whined "we already wasted the day because you over slept it was such a beautiful day and now it's getting late... let's do something" I continued

He huffed, slamming the paper on the couch next to him causing me to grin widely. "Can't you leave me alone for one day? Jesus, you can see I'm busy." He glared at me

My grin vanished as I felt my heart shatter into a million pieces. He stood up and headed out of the living room, leaving me sat on the couch, deflated.

I don't understand why he's being like this, I don't understand why he's being such a dickhead. He always shows me affection and always sweet to me so i was now confused as fuck

I sighed getting up as well, i headed to the bedroom to change my clothes and go out, he was sitting on the bed reading, he didn't even look up his eyes stayed focused on the paper

I rolled my eyes and grabbed a dress and some random panties and walked to the bathroom to take a quick shower before going out

After finishing I walked out of the bathroom all dressed causing Ethan to glare at me

"Where you going?"

I didn't respond, I walked in front of the mirror to fix my hair

"I'm talking to you" he said his eyes following my every move "Mia!"

"Hmm?" I absentmindedly responded

"I'm talking to you." He repeated "where you going dressed like that?"

"What do you want? You don't want to spend time with me I'm going out, it doesn't matter where" I replied stepping a few inches away from the mirror to take a quick look at myself "why do you care anyway? just go read your stupid ass script. Your job is much more important"

He sighed walking to me "I'm sorry"

"You should be." I spoke casually, still not looking at him.

"I didn't mean to-." He grabbed a hold of my hand in both of his and motioned it to his lips

"You know what? Save it! Just save it" i spat pulling my hand away "I don't wanna hear your stupid ass excuses boy! I'm tired. I. Am. Tired"

"Baby-"

"No" I yelled raising my hand in front of his face "Save your damn breath" I stated walking away "keep acting like a damn fool thinking I'll forgive him" I mumbled on my way out

I walked to the living room and slipped in my heels as I received a text message from Justin saying he's downstairs I grabbed my phone before leaving my apartment and going downstairs to get in his car.

"You're late." I babbled as i closed his car door.

"I had to get dressed. It takes time to look this good." he replied, rubbing his chin. He must really be feeling himself tonight.

I rolled my eyes "okay Bizzle, just drive"

He led me to a slightly elevated area that had a big red couch and not too many people. It seemed like it was the perfect spot because i could see the whole party from where i stood. Justin sat down and patted the spot next to him, signaling me to sit down as well. Once i did, i found myself looking around again, taking in everything about my environment. The colorful lighting in the party reflected off a lot of well known faces as they put red cups and bottles to their lips. The music was loud but not so loud that i couldn't talk to the person next to me or hear what they're saying and there was a scent of weed in the air.
