Alex finished my tattoo, Jack gave me a burrito, knowing my love for them, of which I ate then headed home back to Kellin. It wasn't very late in the day so I thought that maybe Kellin and I could get up to something fun when I got back.
I pulled out my phone and went to Kellin's contact and hit call. It took a moment or two before he replied but when he died I found it surprising to hear how wide awake he was.
"Vic! Come back home, I've got a surprise for you," he said excitedly then quickly hung up leaving me in suspense as to what he had planned. The excitement reached me too and jogged home.
I opened the front door and walked in calling Kellin's name. I heard him shout a reply from the living room so I headed in that direction to see him sitting down with his guitar placed comfortably on his lap while he waited for me to walk in.
"Sit," he said gently so I did just that and sat opposite him.
"Are you planning on serenading me or something?" I asked jokingly and he just shrugged.
"Maybe."
He positioned the guitar properly and began playing the first few chords and straight away I knew I'd love whatever song he had written. What made it more was that he had written it for me.

I got confused by what he meant by history but I ignored it as I passed it off as what happened when he had to shut me out of his life.

I was in tears by the end of the song and didn't hesitate in crashing my lips to his, not caring that there was a guitar between us. He quickly responded and kissed back, slipping the guitar on the floor as I placed myself on his lap and wrapped my arms around his neck, tangling my fingers in his raven hair. The kiss soon became more passionate once he licked my bottom lip and I let him slide his tongue in as our tongues played against each other.
We broke apart breathing heavily and I just looked into his eyes which I could never get enough of. This boy who had just come into my life, even though he had actually always been, had me truly in love and I was so grateful to have him there; forever with me.
"That was beautiful, Kellin," I said in a whisper and rested my head on his shoulder, "I really love you."
He looked at me in adoration and said, "I love you too, always remember that, ok?" I was confused by his choice of words but I just nodded and went back to kissing him. I don't know how long we were doing it for but eventually it ended and he gently pushed me off of his lap. He took my hand and led me outside. It had gotten dark outside and I saw that he had put up some lights making it look magical and I just smiled, placing a kiss on his cheek.
"Come on," he said and tugged me along to the side of the house. There was a ladder leaning against the wall up the roof and I frowned.
"Kellin, you know I'm not good with ladders," I said even though I didn't really have a problem climbing up the tree anymore, it was just the thought of being on the roof.
"Shh, Victor, shh," he said and pushed me forward, gesturing me towards the ladder which I reluctantly climbed up. He soon followed and then, well, we were on the roof.
"Kellin, why are we.." I began but stopped when I noticed a soft blanket and pillows prepared. The roof was flat and completely safe so I smiled at the idea Kellin had so sweetly clustered up. He took hold of my hand again and lead me towards his little surprise laying us down. We laid on top of one blanket and Kellin had prepared another to pull over us. I rested my head on his chest and he draped his arm around me.
"This is perfect.. You're perfect," I whispered and soon fell asleep after he said the same thing back to me but the night didn't end as perfectly as I thought I would when I heard him whisper, "I'm sorry" right before I fell asleep like last night.
