You and Elton have been friends since 4th grade and he recently asks you to move in with him with him and his roomates. But, soon after you move in Amanda ends their relationship and you and elton become closer than ever.
"Why didn't they invite us?" She whined I cupped her face with my hands and said "you were asleep" "Come on let's go to bed" I continued "fine" she huffed before walking up the stairs. By the time I got to the room she was already cuddled up next to Ada. I laied down and Circa crawled up next to me. "Goodnight babe" She said with a yawn "goodnight" I told her back "hey Elton" she asks "yes" i answer her "i love you" she tells me "I love you too". I tell her before drifting to sleep. When I woke up she was gone. I presumed she was in the shower because I heard the shower running. I got up, got dressed, and walked downstairs. "Devyn come with me" I yell "ok" Devyn says obeying my command. I took her to a jewelry shop. The lady who was working there greeted us "Hey what do you need help with?" The worker asked. "I'm looking for an engagement ring." I say I hear Devyn gasp "is this your girlfriend?" The worker asked "no this is my girlfriends best friend" I say "um... what's your price range?" The lady asked again "around $2,000" I said. "Perfect!" The lady exclaimed. Devyn pointed to one and said "this is perfect, she would love this"

"How much is this one?" I asked "this one is $880" she said while pulling it out of the case (real price). "I'll take it" I said while pulling out my credit card. "What is her ring size?" The worker asked I looked at Devyn "she's an 8" Devyn says, the worker puts the ring in a fancy case, and walked over to the checkout. I gave her my card, put in my pin, and then got the ring. I put it in my back pocket. Devyn stopped me and said "are you really proposing to her?" Devyn asked "yes I am, I want to spend the rest of my life with her." I tell her she got super giddy and then kept walking.
