"Let's talk, Jeb. I have something to tell you regarding my brother's case. I can't handle my conscience anymore," maluha-luhang aniya.

My jaw started clenching as I looked at her with serious face. Inaalala ko ang lahat ng ginawa niya... ng pamilya niya, noon kay Reign, at kahit hindi ko man nakita iyon ng akto, kapag naaalala ko ang mga pasa ni Reign noon, nabubulag ako sa matinding galit. I want to shout angrily at her but somehow, I feel symphaty with her reaction and braveness when facing me.

"You should." nagbabanta ang galit na sabi ko. "You should be bothered by your conscience. Hindi kailanman naging malinis ang pamilya niyo sa akin,"

Suminghap siya, nagpahid ng luha at yumuko. "I know. I'm sorry. I'm really so sorry, Jeb. Hindi ko aasahang matatanggap mo agad ito pero tingin ko, hindi pa rin huli para bumawi. Gusto kong ibigay ang hustisya ng kapatid ko at hustisyang nararapat para kay Reign. I-I'm holding something... s-something that might help you know the killer."

Nanginginig siya. Hindi ko alam kung magugulat ba ako sa narinig o mas magagalit lang lalo.

"Paano kung sasabihin ko sa'yong hindi ako tumatanggap ng tulong mula sa'yo? I don't want to owe everything from the person who hated the innocent girl they wouldn't have."

"I-I will still keep trying. I will try and try until you'll let me help you. Hindi lang si Reign ang makikinabang dito, Jeb. I also want the peace of mind for my brother. Dahil natitiyak kong kapag hawak ko pa ang ebidensyang ito, hinding-hindi matatahimik ang kapatid ko." Tumulo ang luha niya.

My jaw clenched more. Ilang saglit ko siyang galit na tinitigan bago ako huminga ng malalim. At kahit punong-puno pa rin ako ng galit sa kanilang pamilya, sa ngalan ni Reign at sa ngalan ng hustisyang nararapat sa kanya, nagawa kong tawagan sina Attorney at Inspector Lacsamana ukol sa gustong aminin ni Mika. The latters immediately accept her help so they set time to talk about it.

And I actually want to praise myself for not letting my anger ate my entite nerves. Dahil ang testimonya niya, ang naging katapusan ng hinala namin sa kung sino-sino.

"What have you got?" seryosong tanong ni Mamo kay Mika habang humalukipkip at tiim-bagang.

Bumaling si Inspector Aljay Lacsamana kay Mika na noo'y nakatulala. She looks so bothered and the way she held her large wallet tightly made me think she's still into doubting this. Mabuti na lang at dito pa rin sa mansion ng Lacsamana naisagawa ang pangungusisa.

"I-I got one evidence."

"How can we sure that this isn't a part of your trap?" seryoso pa rin si Mamo.

"I'm not trapping anyone. I-I'm here to find p-peace to my brother and to help R-Reign..."

"And how could you do that?" Tumaas ang boses ni Mamo na ikinatahimik ni Mika. My manager turning really into monster once get really mad!

"That's enough." ani ni Attorney at hinarap si Mika. He looks so serious and intimidating. "Could you show us what have you got?"

"I-I would confess the whole story here in front of you, of what my brother had told me the last day, before he got killed."

"Got killed?" Ark looks astonished. Lahat din yata kami ganoon ang reaksyon. Everybody knows Maico's case is suicidal. And now, she's telling us he got killed? By whom and how?

"M-My brother got k-killed. He didn't suicide. Hindi kayang gawin iyon ng k-kapatid ko."

"Go to the point of what you want to confess." si Ark.
