I sat up in bed with Jackson, who got me some tea. He handed it to me and kissed me, "So what was your dream?". I took a sip of the tea and stared into it. "Well, do you know what Pokemon are?".

He nodded, "Ya, from the games right?". I nodded and placed the cup of tea on my nightstand, "that's right, my dream was about a group of eeveelutions that this place got from a universe through a portal. My dream ended in a guy telling me that I'd get 20 million dollars and 3 of the eeveelutions."

Jackson began to laugh a little bit, "That's crazy, are you high again?"

I shook my head, "No, maybe it was something I ate last ni-"

Knock Knock.

Jackson got up and walked over to the door, "Who would be here at 4 am?" I saw him open the door and look outside. He walked back with a cardboard box, "There was no one there, except this box.". He handed the box to me.

I looked around the box, see if it was a mistake. I saw a tag on it that read "Hopefully this will make you remember- D". I opened the box and looked inside. Inside it was three pokeballs with yellow and purple paint and a check. I took one glance at the check and pulled Jackson closer to me. "Am I reading this right? It says 20 million right?!?!"

Jackson placed a hand over his mouth, "Holy shit! It's a fucking check for 20 million dollars!". He looked inside the box and pulled out the three pokeballs. Etched into the three were the names "Patrick", "Gustave", and "Red". I felt the room darken around me, "H-holy fuck Holy fuck, those were the names of the three eeveelutions in my dream, the ones I chose."

I picked up the one labeled "Gustave" and looked at Jackson. I held the ball in front of me and reached out with it, "Gustave, I choose you!". A ray of light escaped the Pokeball on to the floor. An animal with dark fur and circles of gold around its body appeared. Both I and Jackson covered our mouths in shock.

The animal looked at us and smiled, "Good to see you again Keith. You ready to finish the job?"

Fading music plays in the background.
