"so, are you going to show me your prom dress?" monty asked, pulling me into his chest.
"no," i told him, "i didn't even look at dresses today."
"yeah, we bought them weeks ago." hannah plopped on the couch. "keep up."
"aren't your grandparents staying with you?" zach asked.
"yes, they went to the airport to pick up my cousins." i rolled my eyes. "that's why i have you guys over."
"doesn't your grandma like hate monty?" kat laughed.
"don't even get me started." monty shook his head.
"wait, why does she hate you?" clay asked.
"hell if i know."
i chuckled softly as i kissed monty's cheek.
"should we invite jeff over? i feel bad we forgot about him." hannah said.
"sure, invite alex too." i said.
"let's just have a party." zach said.
"yeah, no." i said. "my dad has heard enough nagging from my grandmother.and she's going to nag on me about having everyone over anyway. and my aunt jamie is coming, my life is going to be hell when they come home."
"i texted them, they are both on their way."
"what about chloe?" zach asked.
"alison's sick and her dad is home so she's kind of busy." i explained.
