i rolled my eyes at monty's comment and locked my phone as i walked through the school doors. my brother had already hurried off to hang out with his friends. the halls weren't as crowded considering most people were in the courtyard acting like they hadn't spend the whole summer with their friends.
"finally!" i heard someone yell. i let my eyes follow where the voice came from.
i saw alex, hannah, clay and jess standing by some lockers. i smiled and hurried over.
